Wah Hing Restaurant — Restaurant in Kellogg

Delicious and a favorite spot in a small town. We have stayed in Kellogg, ID for the past couple of winters and such few restaurants options and convenience of lunch/dinner open during winter let alone food variety options are available.

This spot is a must with easy parking, accessible near a freeway, can host large parties if needed, large variety menu, has a restroom, yummy quality food every time, always served or picked up piping hot, can customize spicy level, generous portions amongst other important and appreciative qualities.

They are family owned business, so sweet, kind, professional and personable. They have another location in Rathdrum, ID.

I had been looking forward to trying this place. I had assumed it would either be fantastic or bad. I was wrong. It fell right in the middle at OK. The waitresses seemed really stressed. I don't blame them for this. It was perhaps an understaffed sort of issue. Or maybe no support from the management. We did get checked on once during our meal. The food was not bad, but bland. Really no flavor at all. We got veggie lomein, pork fried rice, and almond chicken. The almond chicken had a nice crunch, but the gravy was a kind of yellow color and tasted, yellow. I hope that makes sense. The pork fried rice had no flavor, the same thing for the lomein. None of it tasted bad, it just didn't taste, at all. I'll try again. Hopefully it was...

Very mid chinese food i moved to the valley a few months ago and have heard so much things about this place but i think the people in the valley only like it cause its the only chinese food place i came from post falls and i always ate at the golden dragon restaurant so they have set high standards and this place was no where near to those standards, the food had little to no flavor and the only thing that i would order again are the egg rolls but everything else was pretty bad , i have a stomach of steal when it comes to food only thing i cant eat is spicy stuff and nothing i got was spicy but my stomach does hurt after eating there i highly don’t recommend this place but you can...
