We had to book this hotel rather suddenly with fires changing our previous plans. We had a couple little hiccups with check-in, but the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was close to one of the back doors which was just feet from the walking trail. The gondolas running above the parking lot were really neat. I know most people just go to the nearby water park, but the hotel pool and hot tub are well kept. The pool runs a touch cool, but the massage jets in the hot tub hit just right. Overall, for a small stop in the middle of Idaho, the Kellogg FairBridge has quite a lot to offer, and I’m glad our plans brought us there.

FairBridge Inn is the ultimate place for cyclists touring the area to stay. The inn is adjacent to the famous Trail of the Coeur D’Alenes, under a mile away from the CDA Bike Shop which is also right on the bike trail. The Inn is also next to the Silver Mountain Ski resort and offers gondola rides to the top all year round for skiing and mountain bike adventures. The staff are courteous and a joy to be around at all times. The breakfast is delicious. This is a wonderful family destination and a cyclists paradise.

This place was amazing. They had a room for us as we were driving to the west cost. We couldn't find a place and they were so nice. The room was clean and crisp. This place was great with 3 special needs kids in tow. The cost was reasonable and they were very accommodating.

Sure, the Fairbridge has a 24 hour pool and hot tub, and the rooms are cheap. Sure, there's continental breakfast and it's right off the freeway. You would be better off spending 4x as much money and staying at Silver Mountain or going literally anywhere else. My husband and I stayed at the Fairbridge over the past weekend to celebrate the holidays with my family. Our room was booked as a queen suite and we stayed for 2 nights. First of all, the bed was definitely a full sized mattress rather than a queen. It was a spring mattress which is not the most comfortable but it could be worse. The continental breakfast is a waffle bar and then you have the option to make your own breakfast sandwich. The breakfast sandwich options would be perfectly fine if they didn't have ham in a Tupperware container and what looks to be a cheese sauce in a ramekin with a lid. This seems to be extremely unsanitary seeing as how we just came out of a pandemic. Not to mention the fact that the pool and hot tub, while open 24 hours, seem to be not really clean but not really dirty. The entire hotel overall seems very grungy and could definitely use a good dusting. With how uncomfortable the bed is, we asked for an extra pillow and were told to use the one that's located in the dresser. Aside from the one extra pillow in the dresser, the staff will not provide you with another pillow or another blanket. The lobby and hallways are extremely hot and stuffy but the rooms are cooler. The lady that checked us in seemed nice enough but the lady who checked us out was not only extremely unfriendly but also seemed to be extremely grumpy. Lastly, I do understand that cleaning the rooms is a job that needs to be done, however, we were extremely upset to be woken up at 8am to someone vacuuming the room directly next to us. We definitely will not...

DON'T STAY HERE!!!! I have never written a review. This was by far the WORST hotel I've ever stayed at. After getting little sleep due to the man snoring so loud in the room next to us. I rolled over in the morning to find a HUGE bug in the bed next to me. It was the size of a dragon fly that looked like it had been dead for quite some time. I grabbed a tissue and picked it up and brought it down to the front desk. Showed the bug to the front desk girl and the housekeeper was there too. The housekeeper right off the bat said "oh that's gross, I didn't clean that room." Both ladies seemed super grossed out by this and said that we would get a call back from a manager to refund us for the room and how sorry they were. That was on 9/4/16. Today is 9/15/16 and still NO call. I have left a message once and the last 2 times the assistant manager has told me the general manager will call me and how sorry she is that he hasn't and she knows its been bad customer services and that he has heard my message and seen the sticky note to call me. So apparently if you have a discount on your room you get BIG BUGS in your bed under the blankets with you AND no customer service. Pretty disappointing when you go all the way to Kellogg ID from Washington to buy a truck and the only close place to stay is there. Awful customer service. When I asked to talk to someone else the assistant manger said the only other person was the GM above her besides the owners. I feel bad for the owners they probably have no idea how awful their employees customer...

I don't typically leave reviews; I think this will be my 3rd one ever, but after our 10-minute stay here, it feels necessary. We checked into this hotel around 9:30pm-10:00pm on August 1st. We had just driven 12 hours and decided not to make the rest of the drive home because we were exhausted. We got to our room and it had to have been at least 80⁰ in there, and it smelt horrible. I turned on the AC and immediately laid down while my husband got ready for bed and I found the sheets to be quite wet. I thought maybe they were just still damp from being washed, so I stayed in bed and mentioned it to my husband. He got in bed and his side was dry, so he checked my side and also found it to be wet. He lifted up the sheets to find that my side of the bed had actual urine in it. It smelt awful, we had laid in it, and after all that driving, a 10pm check in, and 3 hours left to drive, that was the LAST thing we wanted to find. They were not able to refund us before leaving (we were told we'd receive a call the next morning- still waiting on that since I'm writing this on our drive home tonight), and honestly it didn't feel like the person that assisted us grasped what a huge issue this was. I gave them the name on the card in our room of whom I assume did the housekeeping, and I really hope that they receive better training to prevent this from happening in the future. We've stayed in our fair share of questionable hotels, and I've never experienced anything like this. I'm extremely...
