I'll be honest. It's a gas station. It's got that gas station atmosphere. The little dining area was clean. I went there because some crazy person recommended the philly cheesesteak. It didn't do it for me. I also got the gyro sandwich with fries and some mozarella sticks because I don't want to judge people for their philly down here. Everything else was at least 10 times better. The guy behind the counter was super nice and accommodating. Everything looked really good as he was cooking it. It all smelled good, too. The sauce on the gyro was a little thick and the vegetables were cut so big that I definitely left a lot on the plate when the meat was gone. The meat was season well, the pita was really good, and the mozarella sticks might have been better without the marinara. It was like $14 without the philly cheesesteak. I'll be back.

Chicago Style! I grew up on the south side of Chicago and have been on a journey to find a good quality gyro in the Killeen, Harker Heights, Copperas Cove area without much luck. There are some decent attempts out there, but it is rare to find a place like this: Service: Great Quality: Large quantity of meat served from a Spitfire which is extremely rare for this area. The meat was tasty and the vegetables were fresh. Location: It is a good drive away from the Killeen, Heights, Cove area, but worth it. It is nice to drive the hilly areas of Kempner. It offers a nice change of scenery. Don't expect a nice restaurant style experience. After all, it is in a gas station. Summary: If you are looking for a tasty/meaty Gyro, stop what you are doing and visit this place. Especially if you are from Chicago!

Was expecting better quality. We drove out of our way and took extra time. I wouldn't trust the reviews here. The gentleman cooking was very polite. The young dudes hovering around the front cash register could have spent a little time making sure the eating area where the tables and chairs are was tidy and clean. Especially since the kitchen setup doesn't facilitate easy access to tidy and clean. We were there for around 15 minutes and had to ask for a paper towel to wipe off a table. The food was mediocre.

Its an amazing stop on 190 between copperas cove and lampasas. The burgers are great. Its what you expect from a burger joint. The gyros are pretty great, but the winner for me is the gyro burger. You get the gyro meat fried a little extra and it adds a crunch to your bite. You'll probably never beangry about your meal here, I haven't been. The food is cooked to order so expect a few minutes for your meal. There is a lobby inside, but waiting in your car until your order is done would help prevent spreading of covid. They're great people always cheery. They...
