Kenji I am really upset and aggravated with the customer service I was given today with an employee named Kengi. I placed an order online like the norm. I always get thin crust pizza with my favorite toppings. Jalapeno, Spinach, cheese and EXTRA CHICKEN !! I drove all the way home and when I opened my box I notice I didn't receive any extra chicken because I always order the same. So I called immediately and stated my concern about the pizza. The rep/cashier placed me on hold and spoke to the person in charge which was Kenji ,then the rep came back on the line and stated we cannot give you extra chicken even if you payed for it because I have 5 toppings , I stated I only have four , then Kenji got on the line and said "we cannot help you "because we cannot add extra chicken, the pizza won't cook right " mind you I get the same order ALL THE TIME ! The fact that I'm going back and forth with an empty stomach late night trying to just get what I PAYED FOR ! I'm here going back and forth trying to get a solution. The rep Kenji said "return the pizza." I then had to drive all the way back to the store to receive my refund. When I got there I handed the pizza to Kenji and he looked at the pizza and said "thats NORMAL AMOUNT there's enough CHICKEN." I then explained to Kenji what he is doing is unprofessional, with me being the customer and he rebuttals with " this is your first time ordering here " and that he can't just give free pizza away (when I didn't request for that) I just wanted what I payed for, so I just needed a solution. The fact that he made me drive all the way back over there for a refund and to return the pizza is obsurd. what I requested really got me upset leaving home with no pizza in the end he stated that he didn't care if I call corporate or the manager that he's going to take a picture himself. I hope he does so everyone can see what what I requested for so simple to fix now I'm here wasting my time to just voice this horrible service. They always say one in a million !! Well this is that one , I just don't feel comfortable going there knowing that's who they have running the orders at night....
Read moreI was having a little pool party and I decided to order some pizzas through the app, WRONG, I saw that my order was placed to this store so I called to cancel it because the estimated time was 45-55mins and the store is not the closets to my house, when I called the girl I spoke with told me that they never take that long and is usually less than that, I decided to trust her, WRONG again, the app was showing that the driver left the store at 2:36pm and I got the order almost at 4pm, and I decided to call again during the mid time because it was taking unusually longer, and I asked to cancel the order because I knew it was going to be cold, the girl asked me to not cancel and told me the driver should be at my house within 15 min, which was a lie, I put in the instructions “bring it to the pool” and then put the directions for the pool, the driver didn’t care she bring the order to my apartment and she didn’t even had the decency to call me and let me know, she left it on the floor. I came and obviously the food was cold and the sodas were really hot. When I called the store a girl told me that she called her manager and they sent a driver to sent back the food to the store to receive a refund. Read moreI placed an order online. My pizza was undercooked and so was my pasta. The chicken, bacon ham were cold and did not seem safe to eat. I called Domino’s and explained the issues with the food. Ashley the Assistant Manager told me she could have someone pick up my order and upon receipt they would refund me the money. I told her we were sick and at Urgent Care today and that I would leave the food outside for the driver to pick up. I then called back and asked her if she was aware of how unsafe it is to pick up food from people who have already tried it and are sick and with a nasty attitude she said she didn’t care what personal issues or health problems people have and that she was going to send someone to pick up the food and hung up on me. Ashley the Assistant Manager has the drivers at this location pick up bad and undercooked food from houses of people who are sick cause she doesn’t think nor does she care if anyone (clients/drivers/employees) else can get sick from coming in contact with it.
