Omg!!!! Never order from this store!!! They got my order wrong after clarifying the order like 3 times and got my address wrong. When I called apparently “Stephanie” claimed to be the manager and she was so rude and I didn’t want to refund my money for getting cold pizza which arrived late and the original order. I kept calling and they were hanging up on me or not answering my calls. They kept telling me their internal problems that they were busy and could not help me. I had to call and speak to about 3 people; one which was Juan who apparently was just a driver and didn’t know how to do anything. The “manager” couldn’t come to the phone because she was to busy. I only wanted to confirm they refunded my money and no one could do that; she said I’ll refund it and hung up. She was disgusting unprofessional; they said her name was Stephanie the manger then I called again and Juan told me to contact the real manager who is Ramon Castro. I will report this store and all the people I spoke with today to corporate. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE PLEASE!!!! They don’t even speak English, it was an awful experience and at the end of the day I paid for pizza that no one ate bc it was the wrong order and then I got the right one delivered and if we disgustingly cold…they have no manners and not professional and liars. They blame the customer for their mistakes and just ignore your calls, place you on hold, or hang up you. I hate this place so much I am literally going to go in person to make sure I get my money back. I am appalled by this behavior. They need serious training in customer service; the internal problems they have like short staffing or whatever excuse they said should not be a justification for their disgusting behavior. Read moreWe ordered pizza from here for my aunt who is in a nursing home in Kendall. We live in West Palm Beach, so we frequently rely on delivery services to send my aunt food she requests. We ordered from this Dominos store (15653 SW 88th St., Miami, FL 33196) expecting the same quality service and pizza that we frequently get from Dominos. We were WRONG! The driver kindly called me to verify the address. I confirmed the address, the location, the name of the nursing home, the room number, etc. While on the phone, the driver stated, "I'm here. I will make sure that your aunt gets her pizza." Not sure what happened next, but my aunt never received her pizza. We contacted the nursing home and confirmed that NO pizza was ever delivered. We frequently order delivery to this location and have never had a problem with any delivery - EVER. I contacted customer service, provided the order number and requested a refund. All forms of complaints, etc. have to be done via email, so I followed protocol and submitted all the requested information via email. The Dominos representative that replied to my email said that there was nothing they can do to help me. Period! No explanation. No apology. Nothing.
I have a Dominos very near my home and have always appreciated the friendly service and customer-focused service. Moving forward, i will find it very difficult to support a company that blatantly refuses to investigate customer complaints or alleviate a possible mistake done by an employee. I have a Dominos account and it is very easy to see how much of my money I have spent in this establishment. The managers at the location near my house would NEVER treat customers this way. Read moreGot the worst experience ever! We made an order that was on process at 7:42 pm with an ETA of 8:09 pm. While tracking "the driver" (who's name is Osmel) by the app, we noticed that although our apartment is 15 minutes away from the store, it took him 45 minutes without even arriving.
Tried to call the store... Well, let me tell you that honestly don't know who was worst if the cashier who answer the phone ans hold the call for more than 30 minutes because she didn't knew how to resolve and that was something that only a "manager could do" or the driver, who called at 8:50 (41 minutes later) completely unapologetically saying that he didn't knew the address and didn't knew the building.
Address is written in the order; sent a message to the "driver" since he said it would be there in a couple of minutes (never showed up) and while I was still awaiting for the "manager" (someone who clearly wasn't trained to deal with this kind of issues) had the nerve to try keeping me waiting AGAIN!
She invented excuse about the issue, that the driver said he spoke with a man and i had to tell her that he spoke with a woman and even told her the guy's phone number because he said he had delivered the order.
My husband took the call and claim for his money back -still no apologies from the staff on their bad management and behavior - and while he claim he want his money back asap for a sh*ti service, the "manager" decided not only to be unaccountable for her bad service and treatment but to hang up the phone.
The store SUCKS! So yes, if you are the owner of the franchise, pay attention to the reviews of the customers because there are more bad reviews than good ones!
