As a "foodie" with a deep appreciation for the harmonious blend of flavors and cultures, I have had the distinct pleasure of dining at Inari Sushi Fusion since the first location in West Kendal first opened, a restaurant that masterfully marries the intricacies of sushi with the bold, vibrant flavors of Peruvian cuisine. With three locations, Inari Sushi Fusion has become a beacon of culinary innovation, and their Kendall location, complete with live music and entertainment from Thursday to Saturday evenings, offers an experience that is as delightful as it is delicious.
From the moment you step into Inari Sushi Fusion, you are greeted by an ambiance that is both inviting and lively. The staff exudes warmth and professionalism, ensuring that every guest feels like part of the family. This is not just a dining experience; it is a journey through a unique fusion of culinary traditions.
The menu at Inari Sushi Fusion is a testament to creativity and authenticity. The freshness of the ingredients is immediately evident, elevating each dish to a level of sublime perfection. The Fusion Roll, topped with ripe plantain, is a delightful revelation, combining the sweet and savory in a way that is both unexpected and harmonious. The Jalea Roll, adorned with fresh fried seafood bites, is a textural masterpiece that offers a delightful crunch with every bite.
My favorite appetizers, for those who appreciate the purity of sashimi, the Salmon or Tuna Tiraditos, served in a rich eel sauce, the Inari Bites, the Salmon delight, the Ceviche Empanadas are a must try. These dishes showcase the impeccable quality of the seafood, enhanced by the complex, umami flavors of the sauce. Among my favorite rolls, of course the Fusion, Jalea, Lomo Saltado roll, Banana Crunch, a riceless roll that features deep-fried bananas and fresh fish, creating a symphony of flavors that is both innovative and delicious. But there are so many more rolls to choose from, repeat visits are necessary to try them all!
Inari Sushi Fusion also pays homage to traditional Peruvian dishes with a creative twist. The Tropical Ceviche is a refreshing explosion of citrus and spice, with small fresh pieces of mango and fish perfectly balanced and incredibly fresh. The Lomo Saltado Sushi Roll, complete with tender strips of beef, French fries, and traditional sushi rice, is a playful yet sophisticated fusion that captures the essence of both culinary worlds.
Families will be pleased to find a friendly kids' menu, ensuring that even the youngest diners are catered to with care and consideration. The exotic tropical drinks are the perfect complement to the meal, offering a refreshing respite with flavors that transport you to a tropical paradise.
The service at Inari Sushi Fusion is exemplary, with a team that is attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the food they serve. Their commitment to excellence is evident in every detail, from the presentation of the dishes to the thoughtful recommendations offered by the staff.

Read moreMy girlfriend and I used to love coming to this place, the food has always been amazing and the service was great. Today we ordered take out Fusion Roll and a Fancy Rainbow Roll. Total was $47. We requested 3 containers of Eel sauce. When I picked up the order and got to the car I realized we only got one container of sauce. When I began to walk back to tell them, I noticed the staff were all gathered in the front watching me walk back to the front door. When I got inside they acted surprised I wanted more sauce and assured me it's enough because it's "2 ounces" when the single container I got wasn't even full but was filled only a quarter way. Later I found out that the container is a 2 ounce container. This means I actually got 0.5 ounces of sauce and I would need 4 containers total to have 2 ounces of sauce. Completely pathetic!
After I told them about my issue they asked me if I wanted another container of sauce. Really?! You think?!
When I arrived home, the food didn't taste all that fresh, especially the Fancy Rainbow Roll. I ate it anyway and got sick shortly after.
Never returning to this place again! There are plenty of other great restaurants that deserve my business during this...
Read moreThe food was good over priced but it was good. The service was not at its best though. The man took awhile and seemed like he did care much. There was also two female customers going to bathroom every five minutes rubbing their noses every time. I know what they were doing it’s a restaurant not a club to do drugs. Then I saw a couple going to the women’s bathroom at the same that’s not a good look. No one said anything about it they saw it and did nothing. But what got to me was there were kids going behind the bar and serving themselves. The employees said and did nothing it. owner was also there didn’t care about anything that was happening. In facts he was having a little party with the two druggy girls and the couple who went in the bathroom. The place itself was out of control. I paid my bill and left before I can even get in my car the server chased me down letting me know I didn’t leave a tip. Then when I didn’t give him what he wanted he threw my change on the floor and kept the bills. He was rude and try to make me feel bad about it when he knew about everything going on. I will NEVER GO BACK...
