In general it is a perfectly fine little Caesars. However, last visit, I ordered a 2l soda. First, the girl present made little effort to make sure I received my soda. When I asked for it she said they didn’t have that variety, with a look of “so I guess you are out of luck.” However, I had already paid for it in the app. So I asked for another type, she asked, me, the customer, to please go retrieve what I wanted. For every other person this might be an acceptable request. The problem for me, the customer, was, I am already standing by myself, with my 4 yr and HOLDING my 2 yr old, who I could not put down and our pizza already in the other hand. Also, the coolers for the soda are in the back portion of the store, with a structure blocking the path. Clearly, I was unable to do her job for her as the customer. And when I told her no I couldn’t she was visibly annoyed and went and got it. Clearly, I the customer was an inconvenience. I’ve worked many a customer service job, I understand how exhausting they are. However, the job is to attend the customer. And despite it being a Saturday evening, the store was clearly not flooded with orders, and she failed to clarify if I wanted to lemon tea or regular so I had to leave with whichever she brought. I will definitely be thinking twice the next time I want to order from...
Read moreThe pizza box was in the wrong slot number, so when I put in the code to retrieve the pizza, the empty slot where the pizza was supposed to be in opened. This would have been fined, however I knew that the pizza was in the wrong slot number because I got the notification as to which slot number it would be in. When I addressed it to the manager she ignored the concern and told me the pizza was in the machine as she walked to the back, not allowing me a chance to explain the issue. I had to call her back after entering the code and, as expected, have the empty slot open. This situation was more an issue of the managers behavior than it was about the machine. I understand human error, but unprofessional behavior, I don't. The store phone has been broken for more than 6 months, I addressed that as well, she didn't seem to care. I casually asked how long it was broken, she didn't know. I casually asked if the store was a franchise or a corporate location, again she didn't know. An unprofessional manager who doesn't know simple important information about the business they are managing. That is where you are buying pizza from.......
Read moreWhen they advertise as " hot and ready" ...they truly are not..I've seen people wait 15 minutes for a pie...we waited 30 minutes for 4 basic, standard pies while they slowly put-putted around the store...really disappointed and dissatisfied with the way that they are so slow in getting orders created and dispensed. They need to remember when they have more demand times ( for example, Friday after 4 pm, weekends, etc)..however, I can say this for them, once they do get around to making your pizza, it is very hot and ingredients seem pretty fresh so that is their saving grace. While I will still patronize this restaurant, I will make sure I coordinate to drop the order, then go shopping for other things I need nearby to whittle my wait time.. If you go here, be prepared to wait, nothing is truly "ready"...
