First time writing a review of a restaurant but this place has gone down the drain over the past year/year and half. Place used to be amazing a couple years back. The past few orders have been nothing but mistakes over the past year. Wrong pizza sizes, missing sauces, lazily made pizzas. New overhaul of staff are super rude and generally just sit around in the back on their phones. They seem to get upset and get attitudes when you speak English to them for some reason; had two older female employees get snarky because as a hispanic I spoke in english on separate occasions. No issue speaking in spanish if needed but no need for the attitude. They've also charged extra to myself and known friends/family compared to what the price was supposed to be for online orders on multiple occasions. The problem is usually fixed after the confirmed order price is shown but with major attitude. On one occasion they were going to charge full price on a special/discount order because the current employee didn't know how to update a special. Urged I just take the pizza for this one time ($30-40 price difference) and i'll just save the special for the next visit. I respectfully refused and said not to worry, i'll just defer the pizza and suddenly the employee knew how to correct the order. I dont really eat from this Marcos anymore...

We’ll the lady who answered was very rude that I should of just said never mind. I proceeded with my order and went to pick my pizza up. The minute I walked through the door the lady was even more rude in person talking loud saying she wouldn’t except my coupon that was specifically for that location. A young boy came over and accepted my coupon when he seen it but when I told him about her rudeness, he then replied her English was bad. It was not about the language barrier it was the attitude and disrespect towards customers. After this experience I will not be back again!!
