I can't believe the 10-step authentication high-end encryption super covert top secret security mechanisms required that make a place serving Fried Chicken and Potatoes unable to easily just have a customer's order remade. I emailed corporate and they were understanding, so they sent me an email saying to show it to the owner of the McDonald's where my meal was made poorly for them to have it remade. Tell me why when I entered the McDonald's and spoke to the MANAGER the manager insisted on me GOING AND GETTING THE EMAIL PRINTED.. after saying "I don't see the QR code I can't accept this without the QR code" and when I commented about how or where I'm supposed to go get this printed as though we still live in the 2000s and she was saying " I NEED IT FOR PROOF" like. TAKE A PICTURE! WRITE IT DOWN! Why is it MY job to go get something printed after YOU messed up my order? Corporate just said to show this to you? If I had came with a letter I'll bet they wouldn't have accepted it for X y or z reasons. Then the lady was like "How do we know it's THIS McDonald's are you sure?" And I didn't know that being able to pass an exam was required for me to get my food remade. This is not rocket science. It's the most basic rule in the service industry to remake a poorly made meal- Which corporate understood and which this manager did NOT...all this for a large #5....chicken and potatoes and high...
Read moreI can't remember how many times I have bought food from this McDonalds. I stop going for a little while because it was out of my way. I recently went back to buy egg mc muffins. I used the drive in which is very slow. I went there to purchase this sandwich 5 different times. First they made it correctly. They cooked the egg well but they made me wait. Next time I went back the yolk was soft. I hate soft yolk, but I let it slide. Next time I went an ordered the same mc muffin, I asked them to cook the yolk well. Lady said with kinda of an attitude that the reason they made me wait is because I asked for hard yolk. Since it was always a problem I went inside. Well, that day they gave me the worst Mc Muffin ever, not only was the yolk soft the yolk and whites were liquid and got on my shirt and pants when i opened it. I though these people think I'm a dog because they gave me dog slop. I went inside and spoke to the manager, Luis Mena, he said he was not responsible because it was the kitchen people that made the mistake. That made me levied because he was treating me like an idiot which Im not. I though that was very unprofessional!! I would never go back there because because they dont know how to treat customers and if they don't want to make egg Mc Muffins they need to take them off the menu or take it up with corporate instead of punishing...
Read moreI love McDonald's a lot, and I'm really sad to say I hate this one. The displays didn't work properly when I was there in the evening, staff was kind of out of it, and also got my order wrong.
It was just a bad trip start to finish. I ordered what I thought would be a quarter pounder meal, with a drink, and the drink was so full it spilled all over me, my blouse and my car. I let the associate know.
When I asked why my order didn't come with fries, I was told I only asked for a burger and a drink. It was true but mildly annoying because it's nearly universal when ordering that if you ask for an item at McDonald's and state a beverage type you're usually getting a combo a majority of the time.
But whatever, I've worked fast food, it's stressful, it's overwhelming. I just paid for a separate order of fries.
This was the final mistake.
The burger was good! The fries were incredibly disappointing. They tasted old, like stale and that they'd been under the lamps too long. On top of that they tasted bad and they had no salt. I had a few fries then threw it all away. I'm not wasting cheat day calories on terrible fries.
I'm really sad I spent money here. I'm writing this review so I see it to know never...
