Panda Express — Restaurant in Kendall

Came in during the 9pm dinner rush to find a Corporate/District Manager holding a Managers meeting while there is a shipment truck outside and a crazy drive through line with only three staff members manning the rush and half the entrees sold out. Then I was told I had to wait 30min for the truck to be finished unloading in order to order my food. Needless to say I disrupted the Manager's meeting to ask if it seemed fare that I guest should have to wait 30mins for food because of a shipment? Obviously that got management up and moving but clearly the management running this location are completely out of touch with their guests and are not mindful of their employees. To the girls who were holding down the rush you are the true heroes and I apologize that you have such out of touch Management. Food isn't even served in the large to go boxes like before and they serve you small amounts in separate containers that doesn't even amount to what you pay for. Sadly this was a very sad and disappointing visit. To the managers, you are six blocks away from a major hospital who's staff depends on this location not only for it's food but convenience and efficiency. After working a long shift we want to come in get fresh food and get out. Stop being hung up on numbers and focus on the community that you serve and learn to better schedule your shipments and staff...

This location is in desperate need of new managment. Some one needs to explain to them what express means! No matter what time of day I go to this location I am always told I have to wait 5 min for my food to be cooked. ( its never ready to go ). When I do choose to wait I find myself waiting 10 to 15 min for my food to be brought out to me. Today I asked the young lady at the window why do I always have to wait for my food and her answer ( with an attitude ) was if you come during slow hours we dont have alot of food ready to go. Keep in mind I pulled up at 12pm lunch hour what should he one of their busiest hours of the day. I was the only car in line and I can see why no one bothers to go to this store ( who wants to spend half their lunch waiting for food )

In the end I left without my lunch and paid a visit to Wendy's next door. This is the last tile in will visit this store! Today is 1-18-19 and I was there at 12:00pm. Hopefully someone cares enough about this store to find out who was working the window at this hour so they can fire the women and her manager and give their jobs to...

One of the worst places in Miami .This Panda Express on Sunset . Kendall. This is one of the places that from the moment you enter you feel like you are in the wrong place. In addition to terrible hygiene in the soft drink machine. The waitresses are so rude. They don't talk to the customer as if they were dumb. Once you place the order, if they make a mistake and you correct them, you better leave, otherwise the treatment becomes hostile. The food is for such a high price, very little, the quantity they serve is surely below the established standard. Many friends advised me not to go to this place, but unfortunately I didn't listen to them and paid the price. Don't waste your time or money on a place that doesn't deserve...
