Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Kendall

Long time but rewards member, today I placed an order 08/13/20 11:16am. Ticket #1. My pizza was burnt, and hard to bite into. Pepperoni was crispy, sausages tasted like I was biting into hard candy. Even my boneless wings were messy. For being the first customer of the day you would think they would take time to make it well. I did not call nor drive back because it is out of my way. If I wanted cheap tasting and bad presence of pizza I'd call little caesars and pay $5.00 instead of the $15.00 I paid for. Smh to that pizza location. They should get trained again on how to make pizza again. On top of this. I work for an essential store, and I've been getting updates on codes, regulations and store policy during this time. I saw many of things not being done properly, from having two doors and only one being open. No signs on doors saying enter and exit. Sad about my experience there today. I shouldn’t even give it 1 star because the manager named Aracely isn’t very knowledgeable of her job . Whoever made her manager clearly didn’t know what they were doing either. I ordered a pizza called Chicken Bacon Parmesan she basically had no clue to what was on the pizza and as a Pizza Hut manager or whatever I’m assuming you learn all of this . Then I saw her make a pizza with no GLOVES! I worked in the food industry and hair nets and gloves are a MUST . I watched Aracely make a pizza with her BARE hands Zoe I immediately asked her to wear gloves when she made my order and her response was it’s not Mandatory to wear gloves that was a totally wrong answer to say back and as a manager just WOW!. Every time I order from this pizza hut they always get my order wrong!! I had ordered 2 sides of fries and was only sent 1. When I called and spoke to a rep he stated that a new worker got it wrong by sending me a large container with the 2 sides of fries inside. I tried to explain that I had a small container and only 1 order of fries. He wouldn't do anything so I asked to speak with the manager, the phone then hung up. I called back and asked to speak with the manager, who answered the phone. He also tried to explain the same thing and yet again I stated that what I got was not a medium size container it was a small.
