Hershey's Ice Cream — Restaurant in Kenly

I left the following review on google for Hershey’s Ice Cream for the location at Cary Towne Mall:

“I bought 2 small cups of ice creams and I paid with a $20.00 bill. I only got $1.73 in change. My change should have been $11.73. However. the employee claimed that I only gave her $10.00. How ridiculous is this? She literally stole my money and refused to give me the full changed. I bought the ice cream on 12/27/2018 around 2:30pm (you name the employee)."

When I was asking for the change, her response was rude...

These is A terrible company they does not do any follow up for there customer who are selling there product and when u place a order it don’t get delivered call and ask about the delivery they got to check...
