Subway — Restaurant in Kennebunk

First impressions are my final impressions.

An online order that was place an HOUR AND A HALF before hand was not ready for pickup, with no excuse, and no line of walk-ins. Also, for those wondering, there was no computer error, just an empty bag with my slip taped to it. It’s a blessing to society that these folks are only managing sandwiches and not things of greater importance.

What truly baffles me about companies like this, is the fact that they get away with these kind of actions. If you offer a service to your dwindling customer base, then why do you completely drop the ball when those services are called upon, continuously? Take a look at other comments, they are mostly, if not all, related to ordering online, and they are all just as scathing and diminishing as this one!! Out of touch corporate money grabbing companies, swooning John Q. Public with a few convenient clicks on their app into a what used to be tasty sub, has now left a disturbing tang in my mouth.

I truly feel completely taken advantage of, with no remorse or right-doing from any other parties. Unfortunately for subway, I get the final word, and I can seek sanctity in this review. I wish you poorly subway. You will not...

Extremely tidy and nice inside, although the food was really strange. It seems like either the franchise owner has told the employees to give less ingredients than a normal subway, or the woman working there just doesn’t want to give them for some reason. There was only one layer each of pepperoni and salami on my spicy Italian, and it was just obviously super thin and the meat curled up from the heat and tasted bizarre. On top of barely having any meat, the vegetables were also extremely lacking, and I only asked for three different types it’s not like I loaded it up with a million veggies. The whole sandwich was empty feeling and hard to eat as it was mostly bread. Keep in mind I get the exact same order from every subway since 2009, and this was the only time I’ve ever felt the need to right a review or even mention it to my friends I was with. Subway restaurants, I give 5 stars. Love their subs they are Deelishis. A little history do you remember the $5 foot long, good food for reasonable money. Subway restaurants is a good place to eat the staff is courteous and friendly the restaurant is very clean. And I guess the prices are fair for today's economy. Usually there's not a wait because they are fast at making your sandwich they also have a cooler with drinks and they have small bags of chips you can buy if anybody want some. Subway restaurants, has a lot of different Subs to choose from and you can watch them make your sandwich if you like. And they have restrooms and their restaurants if anybody needs one.
