McDonald's — Restaurant in Kennedale

All we asK for was very small and simple BUT either they didn't want to ..or They just didn't want to!..rather anyone cares# anD I was not ask THE OPTION: IF I wanted to wait because I don't mind if I can get it fresh ITEMs/FOODzs ..AND NOT be forgotten ABOUT.....ps...& [alot of your other McDonald's do the same activity also ] & back to this👉I'm never rude or un professional I understand a rush hour...but ?does? that means quickly rush us away ?and STILL ORDER IS IN CORRECT..?.I hate to had order a BIGGER ORDER because you scare us now. yall just don't care idont know or something ..wow But WANT TO SUCCEED/SUCCESSFUL OFF THE benefits/SOURCES .. ..IJS..I don't even be looking for negative..we just patiently waiting in line not even mad at you had so many windows & two lines was actually happy we just figured hey it's a rush hour we can waste some time just gave small details for the order and did NOT get a correct ORDER in return and didn't feel like waiting more time again) for a remake ..why should we,?....and you apparently didn't want to the first 3× because we made sure just for you to understand...we are in no...

Rude and didn't welcome me. Waited a while to order, only to be directed to a kiosk. It literally took double the time to use even though it's supposed to be a convenience. Obviously it's only convenient to the store as it enables the cashier and workers to ignore you or tell you to use the thing even, if you say you dont want to use it. I had it when I witnessed the manager throw a young lady out because she was there too long. The young lady acknowledged she was there too long and I heard her inform the manager that her phone was cut off and the wifi was not working. That's why she couldn't uber home. Manager proceeded to throw her out even though only 2 tables were being occupied. And was rainy outside. The young lady was visibly upset because we were a couple tables down and witnessed everything. Ice cream machine not working. Nothing new. Will not be back. Was physically upset after everything I witnessed. McDonald's needs to cool the ego. There are a lot of burger joints to choose from now a days. This isn't the 90's McDonald's/burger king thing anymore. We have more...

I come to this McDonald's all the time. One of my favorites. NEVER had a issue till tonight. I walked in to the facility wasnt greeted (i always am) i took my order at the kiosk, i was paying with cash so i proceeded to the front counter, as i walked up there she got my order ready. No eye contact, she didnt speak with me NOTHING! I had a special order on my order, i procedded to tell her what it was and i got no responce nor a look. She walked away after i paid. I had 2 drinks, she did not give them to me. I was at the counter for a good 5 minutes before i called a manager over to give me my cups. I go sit down with my number at the edge of the table. She came to bring me my mcflurry she SLAMS it on the table and yanks the number a way. Again doesn't say anything. I called the store after i left and talked to a manager he apologizes witch he did nothing wrong it was her. And told me he was gonna talk to her. She was rude disrespectful and ugly to customers. If you dont like working there quit....
