Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Kenner

I have always loved Church's Chicken. I lived in Uptown New Orleans for 25 years, and while in High School, Church's was a block away. I ate it twice a day, 5 days a week. Now, whenever I'm in New Orleans, there are 2 things that I must have, and Church's is one of them. If Church's Chicken ever came to my town, that would be my spot. I have visited this Kenner location several times in the last two or three years and always had a good experience, but on last Saturday, when I visited the drive through, the cashier was very rude and totally unprofessional. She absolutely refused to stick her had out of the window to take our money and was also disrespectful in her speech. Just left without being acknowledged. It’s 8:02 pm. There’s a sign at the drive thru speaker stating that the store closes for 8:30pm. Meanwhile, they’re supposed to close at 10pm. The same sign has been there all week. Anyway, we sit at the speaker for 10 minutes, no one says a word. We say hello. Silence. We get out of the drive thru line and decide to go inside. Nope. There’s at least 7 cars parked waiting on food to be brought out to them. One of the waiting customers yells to us that we have to order the food from the drive thru, the guy says they’re not going to take your order from the counter. The service at this churches off of Loyola drive in Kenner is horrible their attitudes need adjustment they do not know how to speak to the customers they never have chicken ready not even during lunch the manager in supervisors are the worst people I have ever come across to be leading a team of employers on the behalf of churches if the manager of the supervisor don't show any respect how could you expect your team members to show any kind of respect will you can't get it from the manager or the supervisor at this restaurant especially the manager Karen her attitude is always awful it's never a time where I have been at this restaurant and my order is completely wrong this is not a good place to eat prices of cheap but the...
