This place does not even deserve 1 star we came to the drive through n one car was ahead of us they got thier order taken then we pulled up to place our order at the speaker box we sit there for a good while till we start to wonder n we honk n i look at the time n its 5:20 am n we sit there again n after 6 min we say hello n wait for 2 min n decide to pull up to the window n honk again n wait after another 5 minutes still nothing so we pull up to the second window where we finally get someones attention n tell them that we been at the window for about 13 minutes to take our order n he calls 2 people n tells them whats going on n to plz take our order by this time there is 1 vehicle behind us at the first window paying n another at the speaker box placing his order n we get told we have to go back around to place our order cuz they cant take it there n we kindly tell him we just need 2 coffees n a bisket n a lady comes n we are rudely told that they will not take our order till we go around like the rest of the customers profanity was used towards us so we say its ok n pull out n leave mind u they had 5 people that we could see n not one of them could take our order in the begining at the drive through cuz one was on the phone another having a conversation with another employee n the 2 that were notified about our wait to place the order were just standing there at the corner of the counter while the guy that was mopping came to the window to help us n we still didn't get any help in contrary we get a rude customer that seems to know her cuss words better than her customer service skills my pet peeve is to work at a place u dont like n dont know what u r required to have n do to work at one of these places when we left this mcdonalds it was 5:48 like really i thought drive through was suppise to b convinient for the customers not to mention a little quicker n we just wanted 2 coffees n a bisket....... rant n complaint...
Read moreThey only got 1 star because I couldn't give them a Zero. I wish I would have read the reviews before I even pulled in. I ordered at the new kiosk because no one seemed to be taking your order which was odd because it wasn't packed and only one customer ahead of me. Customer Service was horrible all the way to the general Manager. Every table in the lobby was dirty. I had to wait over 25 mins for 1 sausage biscuit and 1 southern style chicken biscuit meal. I say over 25 minutes because I seen someone who came in after me got their food so, I asked the manager which I didnt know that was what he was and he ignored me so I went to the counter to ask where my food was and received no response. I wasn't the only person at this point complaining. The lady that came in right after me ordered a sausage biscuit and a cup of coffee and she still hadnt got her food either. Oh, I am so sorry did I mention that another lady that came in after me got her food sat behind me and asked how long I had been waiting and that I needed to check on my food otherwise I may be sitting there for a very long time. Please don't get me wrong I understand this is a fast food place but come on all this was ridiculous. At this point I was mad so I asked for the manager and no one answered. I then waited and then asked for the corporate number. Let me end this. I didn't get corporate number they tried to offer me my food only after 30 mins had passed and asked for corporate number I said no I wanted my money back and that took another 5 mins and the general manager had to come and do it. Then they tried to say they were waiting on the chicken and that it takes 6 mins for the chicken. Please someone tell me how many chicken biscuits I could have ate in 30mins? Cause maybe I'm slow. Read moreIf I could give them zero starts I would. To begin with I am Hispanic. I went there with my kids because is near to my home and has a playground. It was my first time there. I speak English. I am a Spanish tutor for American students and I am also an interpreter. First time ever in my life I order food and Felicia had to ask Cecilia to speak to me in Spanish. While this other employee kept flirting to me saying little Spanish phrases like "hola" "está bien?" And the crew cooking in the back looking at me as if I was another piece of meat they dealing with... The one with the headset had to ask me what my order was while I was waiting. The are very slow and people has to wait to much for their orders. They look like they hate what they are doing. Not even one smile, no one was upbeat or inviting. Ironically I was asked my order in English and this guy understood me, to I'm confuse if this was discrimination or what... No actually I was discriminated by Felicia and Cecilia allowed it by continuing to speak to me in Spanish. I speak English all day so it was a little ackward. I have an accent? Well maybe a little... But I am trilingual. I had to do two order because at the first one I ask for a large soda and Felicia you know she saw me Hispanic and could hear "large Coke" and when I wanted large fries she just added a regular to the kids menu. I am not to speak with a manager .... But the owner must do something. There's a reason why there is more.drive through customer than in the actual restaurant and it is in a good place with a lot of traffic but next time I better go to taco Bell or Popeyes and bring my kids tablets instead of going there to be treated like that just for your playground.
