Dunkin' — Restaurant in Kennesaw

I stopped by this location today for coffee and a sandwich. I got to the drive-thru speaker and while the employee taking my order didn't sound super thrilled to be there, they weren't particularly rude. Everyone has off days sometimes, so I'm not particularly bothered by that. However, when I got to the window, the employee there (not the same one that took my order) was rude and seemed ignorant. She did not acknowledge me at all when I pulled up, then proceeded to answer a call on her cell phone and talk loudly on speaker phone while I waited. She was not speaking English, so I know it was not a cell phone for the store or anything. Anyway, when I got to the window, I had to wait a good 30 seconds before she asked if I had the coffee with cream and sugar (not mentioning flavor or that it was supposed to be iced, which I clearly stated when placing my order, so I thought I might get the wrong thing), so I let her know it was supposed to be mocha as well. I know 30 seconds sounds like I'm being dramatic, but she was already at the window with it open when I pulled up. My order was correct and there was no issue with the food, but I had to wait longer than I felt like I should have to receive attention. After she handed me my food and drink, I thanked her and told her to have a good day, and she didn't even so much as look at me, continuing to talk on the phone. I wasn't about to park and go inside to complain to anyone, as I am not a confrontational person, but I felt like this issue needed to be addressed somewhere, as this does not even hit the bare minimum for decent customer service. They usually have great 5 star service, I go there every day. And today might be my last. Either they have a new employee training or they have one of the most unprofessional associates that I've ever witnessed. I was waiting at the drive thru for about 5 minutes, one car in front of me picking up....so I was at the ordering speaker....started to order, she said she couldn't understand me(keep in mind I go there every day!!!) then she tells me to hold on, there's one car at PICK UP window, I'm waiting 3-4 minutes ...finally I lose patience and drive to the front to walk in. And already I'm annoyed walking in there, mind you I'm friendly and a patient person by nature.....I'm standing at the register and the girl at the drive thru is standing with another girl making a sandwich for the woman that was ahead of me at the drive thru....FINALLY THE WOMAN ,comes to the register and I told her I was the customer from the drive thru that she didn't understand. She said ok(no apology for making me wait), she still had a big smile on her face and holding back laughing!!! Finally I order again, asked for pumpkin spice, she points to the napkins and said "I can get that over there" I said, "I don't get pumpkin spice out here, you have it back there", in the meantime, the woman still making the sandwich tells this woman to put her light on her headphones, and the woman laughed some more!! Finally FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE, I lose patience and said I'm running late and don't have time for this!!!! I go to Dunkin a lot! Probably too much! This location is the worst one I've visited. I've been here several times and just when I think they improve they screw up again. Drive Thru Visit #1: Oatmeal was overfilled with cold water. I suspect whoever prepared it has never had oatmeal. It's not to be served cold and not to the brim. Couldn't eat it. I did complain and this was remedied for Visit #2 but no spoon was given to eat that oatmeal. I didn't realize this until I left the Drive Thru window. Couldn't eat it. Dont ask why I went back but Visit #3 & #4 were normal, no issues. Visit number #5, again at the Drive Thru. "Can I get a medium black coffee please?" "A medium hot coffee?" "Umm...yes." "Would you like cream and sugar?" "No, just black coffee" Coffee served with cream and sugar. So much sugar I couldn't drink it.

So if you choose to visit this location triple check your order. At this point I can only blame myself for not doing so.

UPDATE: Well I guess they messed up my oatmeal orders too many times. This morning I was told this location no longer carries it. Problem solved I guess? Ok then just a coffee. When I reach the window the employee realized that she just gave my order to the car in front of me. I will...
