Kennesaw Marketplace — Local services in Kennesaw

I did not stop to shop at the Kennesaw marketplace I was just driving through looking at the shops that were there and to decide if there were any places/stores in there that I may come back later to shop. The Kennesaw Market Place has A Clean parking lot which is important to me because a clean parking lot tells me the place of business / business establishment cares about:

1. The upkeep and the appearance of the community it is serving
2. The comfort of its customers Also, a clean marketplace is an indication that the shops may also be clean and organized. When l see trash on the ground or outdoor trash cans that are filled and overrun with trash and litter I usually would not go into the store to shop for the simple reason that trash and litter it's not make me feel comfortable I'm not spending my money and a store who didn't even want to clean up the outside...

Once again, a huge developed corner of businesses, parking and consumerism at its finest. Great success, lots of tax revenue. Go local government!

Now, where is the smart design, pervious concrete, proper drainage and evaporation process, mixed green space, social interactive areas.

We can have both commerce and real living space in our development process. If this is all we get then developers need to pay more impact fees and long term cost. Instead we allow them just pure profit thought process only. This area is zoned for dense commercial, so who is really responsible for this kind of development. All of us are responsible for voting in board members who only solve single focused agenda. Come on Cobb County/GA/Americans. We are smarter than just revenue seekers. I go here mainly for Whole Foods and a few other shops/restaurants (pre-COVID). I really started liking the Starbucks in here because it wasn't ever overrun even when busy and a good place to enjoy a sunny day or keep warm inside. The lack of the 5th star overall is that this ENTIRE shopping center has virtually ZERO cell reception even on merchant wifi. I have yet to be able to take advantage of my Amazon Prime discount at Whole Foods because I can't pull it...
