My family purchased 2 king and 1 queen mattress sets from this company. Brian, the owner, was very patient and answered ALL our questions. We found him very knowledgeable and personable. He never tried to pressure us into a purchase or tried to upsell. He pointed out the pros and cons and was respectful of our budget, time, and concerns. We never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision.

I did a lot of googling and price comparisons and feel we got a lot of value for the money. Example, the diamond level mattresses (a luxury mattress) we got a free platform that raises the head (you can upgrade to both head & foot) which makes watching TV and making a king bed so much more comfortable. That alone was an appx $600 value for the lift platform and, appx $850 in total savings if you factor in not having to buy 2 box springs. We also got 2 free quality pillows and a high-quality mattress protector to guard against spills, dust mites, and allergens. The protector feels like a sheet it's not thick or noisy.

Once you subtract all the (free) stuff included with the mattress purchased; we paid hardly anything for the upgraded mattress. He has an excellent value package. Example for my grandson, we started with a budget mattress (this was not a value package special), so by the time you added two box springs, a mattress protector and two pillows the "luxury" mattress package made the most sense. It was a much, much better quality mattress, night and day. It won't need replacing as quickly and at the end of the day the total cost was only a few hundred dollars difference. When it does need replacing, we will only need to replace the mattress.

Brian was very accommodating. We purchased mattresses on different days, and both times, he delivered the same day. We are all extremely pleased with our mattresses and could not be happier, with the pricing, value, and excellent customer service. We will definitely be back.

The overall experience I've had here is quite painful. I ordered 2 mattresses (King & Queen) and a bed frame back in August. The delivery crew dropped off the incorrect mattress multiple times, asked me to help move one of the mattresses back into their truck as only 1 person was sent to collect the mattress they incorrectly dropped off, left me without a mattress for a week, and the bed frame that was set up for me collapsed after roughly 5 months (One of the horizontal supports was never even screwed into the frame, causing the first 2 support legs to fail. See pictures for how the support legs were supposed to hold this king sized up. They pop out if they're not perfectly straight, nothing really "holds" it in place, which caused a domino effect once the first 2 failed. I would like to add they failed with enough force to go from my bed to hitting a wall roughly 8 feet away with a definitive smack. Additionally, even this weak method of support wasn't uniform, one of them was just a screw going through a hole.)

One of the owners, to his credit, did offer to send someone to help "correctly" install the bed frame, but I honestly don't want to see this team a 6th time to get this purchase to the finish line. It took 5 visits to get the proper mattresses to my place - pretty ridiculous.

At this point, I've run into an issue every step of the way (except for paying, of course - that went right through). The owners seem to care, I may have just been unlucky.

Edit: Changed rating to 3 stars. As far as I can tell, my issues have been with the delivery crew. The bed collapsing was due to how they set the legs up, but after working through it I was able to properly attach them. I spoke with CJ/Brian and the crew that was around during this period of time is no longer affiliated with them due to these reasons. I would definitely recommend this mattress store to anyone who is in the market for a new mattress. The service that I received at this store was above and beyond what I expected. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and was very patient with me, all the while taking his time to answer any questions I might have! I did not feel pressured to make a purchase however I did find the perfect mattress for me a great price! I can honestly say that I left there feeling as though I had made a quality purchase and a purchase in which I really felt good about and it’s been a while since I can honestly say that. So, if you are in the market for a new mattress and a unbelievably great price this is the place to go hands down the best mattress store in town. You will not be disappointed!
