First time ever trying this place. Did not impress. Should not be surprised after having first read the reviews. I go to drive-thru and the order taker is so impatient she keeps interrupting me before I can get a full sentence out. Had she kept her mouth shut for a second and let me finish placing each item she'd have saved herself a lot of repetitive questions. For whatever reason she could not understand "childs meal" to "kids meal". I said "1 childs cheeseburger meal w/ff and milk", she couldn't wrap her head around me saying "childs" until she 'corrected' me and said, "do you mean a 'kids' meal?"...omgoodness, really??? They also do not offer milk even though if you go online to place an order milk is offered. I asked for "no onion", "no seasonings" on the chicken sandwich and repeated this request 4 times and sure enough, got home and there's onions and seasonings. GREAT. JOB. Perhaps had she listened instead of trying to talk over me like a know-it-all my order would've been right. She wasn't a teen or young person either, she was a woman mid 30-40s so she should know better. It's sad when you have a business as old as Bruchi's and employees can ruin it for you. Now on to what was good. The 'young' man at the cashier window was delightful and very friendly. He was attentive and efficient. He is an asset to the business. Guess his parents raised him right. As for the food. I am sold on the crinkle fries. So good. Best cheeseburger I've had in fast food since moving here. I could kick myself for all the money and appetite wasted on McDs and all the rest when I could've been enjoying Bruchi's delicious little burger with crinkle fries. The chicken primavera was a mess and, 2! small broccoli florets and maybe 5 chopped pieces of zucchini and of course the onion which were asked 4 X not to add. Most all the meat was at one end and gobs of cheese. I did not see any bell peppers. Since she wasn't listening she probably said to hold the bell peppers. So irritating. Tuna sandwich was tasteless. Fry sauce was yummy. I will go back. That Jr. cheeseburger and those crinkle fries are worth putting up with HER. Will not order anything else on the menu though which is too bad, but I like and appreciate the food I order to be as I requested (after all I'm paying for it) and I like and appreciate food prepared in a clean order , not a mess falling off the bread because there's so much goo and slop tossed together. I do not appreciate items being offered but not offered like the milk. Had to go over to McDs to get a milk. Children don't drink milk anymore?? Mine do. Lastly. Pay via cash. Otherwise you'll be put on the spot to pay a 15/20/25% tip, which they 'conveniently' add a 15% to your tab. I resent paying a tip to that order taker who got my order wrong and was rude and inpatient. Now I can say I've been to Bruchi's. Most people can't believe me when asked and I say I've never been to one. It's a shame to me when a sub shop only has a burger and ff as their...

Read moreThere's no drive thru, so we went inside. The food was delivered to our table very quickly and exactly what we ordered. They have all the sauces, utensils (even metal silverware to use there!), trays, napkins, To Go bags and beverages for u to get as much of and what you need. There was a tv on (only one in the restaurant, but can be seen from almost anywhere, except the little bit of seating under where it's hanging, and they had baseball playing. I don't know if that had been an earlier request, or is the norm, but I'm sure requests can most likely be taken? The staff that was there that day were very friendly and accommodating, and greeted us coming and going. The tables were all clean, except one that had a few small crumbs on it. I didn't use the bathroom, so can't comment on that. I was very pleased with this visit and have...
