I agree with some other recent posters, this place has really gone downhill. Last night, a Saturday night dinner, will be our last time here. Brought my elderly parents, wife, 7 year old daughter, 1 year old son.

Bottom line is, we have always enjoyed the food here. Food is always actually pretty good. But the service is horrific, just terrible, and it is not the server's fault, it is because this place is being horribly mismanaged.

Let me start with not last night, but the time before, a few months ago. We came on a Sunday after church, walk into a place that was less than half full. And yet, despite literally more than 50% of tables being opened and available to be sat at, we waited for 15+ minutes, being told by the hostess we had to wait because they didn't have enough servers on, to take care of us. Finally getting sat, I walked up to the bar 3 times for wine and/or bloody mary's for my wife and I. Server was overwhelmed with too many tables, just bad service.

After the last visit being the 2nd time in a row of bad service and the place understaffed, revisited the menu after this hiatus, remembered the food as quite tasty, took the fam and my visiting parents. It was busy but at least 10 tables visibly available, we got sat in 10 minutes. OK.

But then, 10+ minutes before a server greets us who immediately apologizes saying she's slammed. We ordered drinks, didn't receive those for between 10 to 15 minutes. Finally drinks were dropped, and were literally asked if we could "quickly make our orders"... huh? Nothing like feeling rushed! After drinks dropped and food orders taken, did not see her again for 15 minutes, drink empty, I mosey up to the bar for a glass of wine. Nothing like self-serving at full service restaurant, right?

Food arrives after a hefty wait. My mom's food, daughter's food though? NOPE. We remind our server, who is also waiting on tables OUTSIDE, while we are complete opposite end of restaurant and INSIDE seating. She apologizes, says "It's waiting there, I just need to grab it." 10 minutes later, no food for mom and daughter, she explains, "Sorry there is a big top of 15 people they are preparing." I said, "Miss, they forgot my mom and daughter's food, why wouldn't they put a rush on that?"

She says, "I'm sorry, I don't know and have asked them 5 times." I Ask to speak to a manager, she says, "I am so sorry, we have no manager on staff tonight." I'm dumbfounded. A Saturday night, no manager?? She sees the look on my face and says, "I'm so sorry, I wish I could tell you more, I'll just tell you I'm not happy about it either, things are kind of a mess here right now. They are pinching pennies and never sure how many servers to have on." WOW.

She comps my mom's meal, bringing it & my daughter's food 10 minutes after we had all FINISHED eating. Didn't comp my daughter's, sadly. So, those 2 ate at home. She threw in a few desserts in boxes which saved her 20% tip (which she didn't deserve based on service we received, but I felt for her & she tried to make it right). But damage done. Never going back here again, 3 times in a row.

THREE consecutive trips, horribly understaffed, terrible service, and a kitchen that clearly doesn't give a squat or work as a team with their servers. Management is just flat out incompetent. I hope they sell this place, right now it is garbage, which is sad. Used to be one of our...

I was very disappointed in our most recent visit to the restaurant. When we arrived we were seated promptly but waited a significant amount of time before we had any attention at our table. At first we were very understanding as they looked to be short staffed with COVID season. We sat at our table for 23 minutes watching a waitress and the host talk at the bar while one waitress hustled and seemed to be covering all the tables. The waitress who was sitting at the bar finally came over with another tables appetizer and set it at our table, we explained that we haven’t been helped yet and this wasn’t ours, she took the food away from our table and directly put it at the table next to us. While our group didn’t touch the food I don’t think you should be passing food from one table to another. I informed the waitress that we had not been helped yet and we were hoping to have service soon and she told us it would just be a couple minutes. We watched her stand at the bar talking for another 10 minutes before she came up and asked if we wanted to order drinks and get an order started. At this point we were very annoyed as we had watched her stand at the bar and ignore our table the entire time. While we were waiting for our food she brought over chips that were refrigerated and soggy and told us they were left over from this morning and we were welcome to have them. The food did come out in a timely matter and it was delicious but the service was awful. While my table did take this with a grain of salt at first since we know COVID has impacted businesses, it’s hard not to be disappointed and upset with the poor service...

This was a bit more casual of an interior than I was expecting but in the end I was glad to feel more relaxed and chill. The AC was CRISP and the bathrooms were stocked and super clean. Waitress was perfect amount of friendly and not all up in our grill ;)

Two things: the table was sticky and the laminated menu had dried food crust. Management please note that.

The Halibut and Chips was actually really, really good. The panko was seasoned very well and the fish pieces were decent. The fries were also seasoned well with generous fresh parsley and the tartar was AMAZING. Creamy, dill and relish bright and sharp. Really, really good tartar. Good ranch too.

For $30 it might seem a bit expensive but I ate half and took half home and here's why I'm writing this review ya'll: I reheated my halibut and chips in my oven...and my home SMELLS AMAAAZZINNGGGG. It literally smells like I just baked the most delicious amazing meal or something but all I did is reheat leftovers!!?? This has never happened. What is this sorcery??? It's quality food, is what that is.

Let's talk about the beer. I had the red from tap, and I was able to sample it first and the sample was GENEROUS. And the beer was COLD & DELICIOUS. Very pleased, and I can't wait to try the other styles.

Table 18, Saturday the 13th lunch with my 2 sisters - we went to the Public Market and came down here to the Marina and I'm so glad we did. Can't wait to come back!!!! Nicely done, Ice...

The halibut and beer-battered fries were fantastic—fresh, crispy, and full of flavor! The clam chowder was amazing as well, clearly homemade and bursting with fresh ingredients. The peach cobbler was absolutely incredible—full of flavor, with perfectly baked oats and peaches that had just the right touch of crisp on the edges. Unfortunately, the service from my assigned server, Stephania, was disappointing. It took nearly 20 minutes before she first stopped by my table, and by then another server, Megan, had already brought me my drink. Stephania only took my order for water and my meal, but Megan ended up delivering the food. I ate my entire plate without receiving silverware or my soup, and had to get up to ask for them myself. While I was doing that, I saw my server outside chatting with friends. Meanwhile, Megan continued to check on me, refilled my water several times, and eventually took over my table and handled my check. If I could rate the food and Megan’s service separately, both would be 5 stars. I hope management takes note of the service issue so the dining experience can match the quality of the food.

Me and my bf went here on a date, mind you we are teenagers and felt we were treated differently because so. We got seated right away but that’s when the good service ended because we weren’t helped or greeted by an server for a while someone walked by and and asked if we’ve been helped, we said no and a little bit later a lady came out she seem’d very bothered and we felt rushed. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was the worst sandwich i’ve ever had, the chicken was ROCK hard! My bf wasn’t to hungry so he ordered onion rings and fried pickles and they tasted like the oil was weeks old. My mom also made that comment when I brought home the left overs. It’s very disappointing because we have been here before and the mac and cheese is delicious but this experience was horrible, after we got the food our waitress checked on us once and I had to go inside and look for her to ask for the check and a box. We work at a restaurant so we still left a good tip but it did not feel earned.

We were staying just down the street for a one night stay for a concert at the fairgrounds and decided to stay close for our dinner so we could have drinks and enjoy ourselves. We love breweries and this place had outside seating where we could enjoy the beautiful summer weather so it was perfect. I wasn't in a beer beer mood so I had a blueberry comso and oh my did they go down easy! So fruity and refereshing! For food we had the coconut shrimp (it was a meal) and the classic club which the Mr loved! One odd thing - it is really odd how you have to go out a tiny gate and back through the main entrance to get inside the restaurant if you need to go inside - very odd. I am not sure why the design didn't include an entrance off the patio. Oh well - still worth it! Service was average but the food and drinks made this 4 stars. We would visit again if we were in the area.
