One of the best boba places in Tri-Cities! And believe me I know good Boba. I absolutely love the avocado snow and tigers milk with the tapioca pearls they taste fresh and the boba always has the perfect texture. Also got the opportunity to try the experimental, hopefully soon to be on menu mangoneado Red Bull its blended with mango chamoy topped with mango bits and has popping pearls it’s addicting definitely recommend!!

It's a great place to get milk tea! When I went there the employees were very kind. Theres many flavor optiobs for the popping boba, and there's also crystal brown sugar boba! I was really confused about how the other reviews said the service was slow since when I sat down on my chair, they already called my name, and my drink was ready! Great place to get boba, it isnt the best of the best, but I'd say it's great.

I’m always a little wary of bubble tea bc I don’t drink sweet drinks. The drinks can be modified to have less sugar and fresh fruit instead of the boba or jelly. I got the new strawberry devil black tea with fresh strawberries. Shop is clean and drink came out within 5 min. Nice spot to take break from shopping and catch up with friends.

My 5 year old loves coming here to get the little popping pearls because he loves to eat them. We’ve been coming for at least a year so he can get his “boba “. However, this morning on his 5th birthday, we came in and were greeted by an older lady at the register while an elderly lady sat in a chair next to the register.

I ordered, and she told me that was not something they do. I explained that we’ve been coming here a long time and he always gets little Dixie cups with different flavors and we’ve always been charge $1 for each cup.

She then explained that they normally go in drinks. I told her I know, but explained that my son likes to eat them just as a snack. And IN FRONT OF MY 5 YEAR OLD, she says “that’s weird”. She then grunted and took the order (which I paid for because he was so exited for them) and gave my son his snack. I let him sit and eat some and we left.

I’m beyond upset with how we were treated and talked to. Especially saying that something my child enjoys is weird, because it is not the norm.

Unfortunately I don’t know if we’ll go back. Especially if that woman is working again.

Beyond disappointed with this company and the lack of customer service for a child on...

Honestly the only reason I'm holding out on giving a 1 star is because it's only the fault of one employee for my frustrating experience here. The old lady working was incredibly rude and the attitude I received was uncalled for, especially considering I used no such tone with her.

After I THOUGHT I placed my order, I waited. I saw other people place orders. I waited more and noticed literally everyone else getting their order before me! So come to find out, she never even sent my order to the back! I cannot imagine how this was possible. How can someone not do something so simple???? The service from that old lady was just awful and I empathize with the unfortunate workers that have to put up with such incompetence. Will not return if I see her...

A must stop whenever I'm in Tri Cities. Good boba and lots of menu options; I haven't had one drink I didn't like. My only true complaint is the inability to spell my name correctly, and the lack of customer service which isn't a lot to ask for. Even with spelling it out, all but one person working there refuses to spell it correctly. I don't have a difficult name to spell, and yet every time I come out of the store, I am a new person. It's kind of insulting and rude, solely because it shows that the people working there really don't care about you as a patron. Customer service could be worked on to say the least... The prices are a little steep, and if you go when they're busy, expect to wait a while. Other than that,...
