I came into this shop last year with a gold custom peice of jewelry. They practically jumped down my throat how they cannot peirce using my jewelry. Fine I said, I let them use some junk jewelry only learning after the fact they had gold. They never once offered. I put a dot where I wanted the hole. The lady piercer who was super pert and basically would not listen to me. She would rather send me away than give me what I asked for. I caved in and let her decide. She had my intended jewelry at the table as an example of what I was pricing for. Well first off it won't heal. Second off the location is not what I wanted and looks ridiculous. Last of all the gage is incorrect and I can't even put my jewelry in that I pierced for. I wish I had walked away. Do yourself a favor and find a place that cares or has desire to give you what you want for your vision. her professional ideas combined with an over blown ego almost feels deliberate. Edited my review to answer owner. Yes I did wait till tonight to review. Something like a piercing takes time to heal or not heal. In this case. Then realizing that the piercing that is not healing and was placed in the wrong spot despite my request is also the wrong gauge for my jewelry. It was an overall bad experience. I'm genuinely surprised there's any bad reviews for this shop. The place is very clean, they have tons of jewelry to choose from, and my piercer Mira is THE FRIENDLIEST person I've ever met! She kept up with me after getting my snake bites, and when she saw the tiniest bit of redness on one a couple of days later, she helped me with aftercare. She also recommended I come back and switch to longer jewelry for the swelling and irritation.

She's incredibly educated on everything piercing-related and explained the nesting I was seeing, the pros and cons of several other piercings I was considering including dermals and surface piercings, how the process works for each, why certain ones are anatomy-dependent and might not work for me, and even drew me diagrams!!! Even if I wasn't happy to learn I shouldn't get certain ones, I'm glad she was honest and told me why instead of giving me them and risking rejection.

The owner wasn't rude, not necessarily super smiley but not everyone is. He was still very professional and I took no issue with him. I'm sure he deals with less than savory people all the time, it comes with customer service, but he still treated me just fine. I'm looking at getting at least 7 more face piercings over the next year and intend to get ALL OF THEM done here,...

I went about a year ago for a nose piercing. The lady who pierced my nose was amazing I absolutely loved her. But the gentleman in the front was very rude. I brushed it off thinking everyone has bad days. I came back a few days ago to get my nose ring put back in and the lady who had did it was not there, it was someone completely different. She acted irritated and as if she didn’t want to be there. She couldn’t get my piercing back in because it healed super fast but that wasn’t the issue. She treated me as if I was lying about how long it had been out. I definitely understand my nose healed fast but to treat me as if I’m a liar was uncalled for and very unprofessional. I tried talking to the gentleman in the front about it and he was rude also. They have a sign that says please give an honest review because other shops are writing false reviews on here but I think it’s a lie.
