Zales — Local services in Kennewick

I had a really horrible experience. Dropped my ring off in November of 2021for a estimate to replace my diamond in my wedding ring. Took 3 weeks for them to get the estimate to me, then they closed down for a bit for renovations I was told. Finally get an estimate of over $400 to replace my diamond and check top make sure everything is fine with my ring. Repairs took 3 weeks longer than specified but I was happy to get my ring back. It looked beautiful. I was told they checked it out to make sure all my diamonds were secure and no problems. Got my ring back after christmas. Wore it until last week when my entire setting fell off, diamond is completely missing. Just a hole where my diamond setting should be. Took it back into Zales in the mall and the sales guy(who was my initial guy I used) tells me that there is NOTHING he can do and if I want it redone not only do I have to pay for it but that prices are higher now than they were when I got it done initially. I wanted to cry, I have worn this ring for 20 years with only one repair done. My 20 year wedding anniversary is coming up on July 6th, 2022 and I can't even wear my wedding ring. I am beyond frustrated and I won't take anything...

If only I could do zero stars on this because that’s what it deserves.

Back in July my fiancé got my engagement ring and proposed in august only to come find out the metal quality and stones weren’t what they told him after him asking the people many times. So we decided to get a different metal band because we called and found out they “miss spoke” about the metal being sterling silver but ended up actually being silver coated over copper. They said it wasn’t their issue they told him wrong. So we decided to not fight it and go to a local small business to buy a new band. Only to come found out the stones were not real lab created emeralds, it was colored stones (they tested the stones) so over all the ring on sale for $700 for fake stones and bad metals, and they still refuse to give our money back after lying about the quality and saying the emeralds were lab created. I do not recommend EVER getting something here with out getting it tested. Worst jewelry place ever and staff was rude.I hope cooperate sees this and gets their stuff together it was very unprofessional for them to sell something like this and saying it’s...

They have good options and are fair-priced. The store is nice as well. They didn't have the correct size for my now wife, and we've been waiting for her proper size now for 6 weeks. The ring she has currently is 3 and a half sizes too big, so she can't even wear it every day yet until she gets the custom ordered one. I called and asked, and was told there was still another 2 weeks before it would be "past-due" which is supposed to be 6 weeks, but 6 weeks is today!

Edit: her ring came in the next day, which made me feel a little better. We had to get the ring sized multiple times to find the perfect size, but the staff were friendly and always helpful in getting what we needed done. They never seemed annoyed.

I also bought my ring from here, which fits perfectly and looks nice and was fair-priced (the ring I wanted was also my size in the store).

Overall, the prices are decent and the financing options are good if you get their Zales card. Sizes are limited...
