I’d like to start off by saying I love JJ, I eat their sandwiches often. I typically just walk in and order. I’ve gone into this location several times and have always had a good experience. Tonight I decided to do an online order, through their online website. Mainly because DoorDash or Grubhub charges ridiculous fees. It’s almost double what it costs if I had JJ deliver it. I decided to order it through JJ via online However this location took almost an hour to get my “Freaky Fast” order. I even downloaded the app thinking I could track my order like OTHER online delivery apps. Not so much, not even close. I ordered my food at 6:24pm at 7pm I call JJ store inquiring where my food was. The kid on the phone says at night they only have one driver so it depends on how many deliveries are on the route. I said it’s been over 45mins and your store is 3.5miles from me when is it going to get here? I asked am I going to get a text or a call when he’s on his way to me? The kid then responds you didn’t say to call or text you. I explained well that wasn’t an option to pick from and he goes on to tell me I need to call customer service to complain. SERIOUSLY? I guess it doesn’t matter when people get their food anymore especially when you get charged for delivery, given a time frame of 25/30mins but it takes almost an hour to get it. At 7:11pm I get a call from the delivery driver from his car and he’s telling me he’s here. I’m like ok do you need me to come down (I’m in a hotel and gave my RM number in the delivery instructions). He’s like ummmmm yeah or I could meet you half way. So I come down and he’s at the reception desk. I say thanks and he hands me my food. I get back to my room and my toasted sandwich was barely warm. The juices were soaked through the paper and I got a fountain drink with no straw. Hey thanks for that. I ordered 2 sandwiches and a soft drink. Never again will I ask JJ to delivery my food again. Read moreSo 4 years ago I wrote a bad review and it won’t let me make new one so here’s another bad review from today I place my order online an hour later still no update on my order then I get a call saying they have no delivery drivers and they really busy so I they need to take the order over the phone and source it to a 3rd party (Uber eats) I’m trying place my order person taking my order keeps going silent on the other and I have to keep repeating my order then not even 5 mins I call and say I forgot to add the cookies can I add them and have them sent with the sandwiches he said yes so 2nd order placed I get a notification from Uber eats my order has been picked by a different driver now I have to do two different tips then I check the tracking and they says they’re looking for a new driver 3 hrs later I get the message saying they’re looking canceled by order because they couldn’t find the delivery address but the driver with the sandwiches did and no call or text from them asking where to go now on hold for 15mins waiting to find out what happened! So sad the moto is freaky fast yet it’s never fast the last 6 years they are slower then ever done with Jimmy Johns also I tried the toasted sandwiches Bread is burnt meats are burnt had to toss have the bread because it was not edible

Read moreI ordered a sandwich for my daughter on 10/10 for delivery. When my daughter opened the sandwich, there was a hair in it. She immediately called Jimmy John’s and they stated that a refund would go onto my card. After a week of waiting, I never received a refund. I then called and spoke to a manager named Justin who stated that the refund had not been processed, so he would personally take care of it. Again, I received no refund after a week. I again called and spoke to a worker who stated that the district manager Felicity was going to take care of it. Well that never happened, so I called a corporate number who took my complaint and forwarded it onto the franchise owner of that store. A few days later I get an email back from a Melissa Waddle, who owns the location. This was an after a month of being blown off from various people. She was apologetic and offered me a sandwich credit. I replied back and thanked her for the offer. However after finding a hair in a sandwich, I would never purchase anything from there again.
