Called for 1 hour to place an order, someone picked up the phone and never said a word, after driving to the location to let someone know, And to place the order, I was informed nothing was wrong with the phones I then called the store and nothing, then the manager decided that there was something wrong with the phone, after ordering I asked for the manager to place a discount on the total and the manager said “a discount for what” not only that she was rude, not only to me but to the staff working, asking the entire staff in front of me why they didn’t fix the phone! I was embarrassed for the staff, If sales are down on Summer (the manager) shifts is because she has turned the ringer off to get out of work, or she is being rude to your customers!! She definitely could use some training, and she definitely should not be working out front where customers can hear how she speaks to staff and customers clearly she has very little customer service skills, DO BETTER, if you drop the ball and make a mistake own it and make it right, don’t argue with the customer then blame it on your staff, this is...

When we went in there was 1 couple there. All the tables had been cleared but not cleaned. We had to wipe glass droplets, salt and gunk off of our table before sitting down. The waitress (?) came out to ask what we wanted. We asked for a menu since this was our first time there and gave her our drink order. A simple water and a Pepsi. She was gone a few, then came out with the menus, said she had forgotten our drinks, what did we want again? She finally came back out with our drinks after sticking her head out the door and asking what the order was again, and we placed our food order. She treated other customers the same way. Never wiped off a table either. Commented at one point that she’d been there 8 years. Finally got the check, tipped her half what we normally would and debated on leaving nothing. Went here and bought a salad a pizza and a sandwich got something half done called back and a girl named Sabrina answered the phone was really, really rude. When I asked your name. She told me it didn’t matter. She didn’t have to tell me her name so after talking to her and being disrespected, asked to speak to someone else and she put me on hold for a few seconds and acted like she had talked to the owner and of course the owner wasn’t going to do anything to fix it Food was was slop.
