Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Kent

I used to use Dominoes in Ravenna and never had a problem. First time ordering from Kent. We were out of town for a week and didn’t have any food in the house. I assumed ordering from Dominoes would be my fastest, most reliable option, like it was in Ravenna. An hour later, I have a crying kid and no food after driver couldn’t find my address (a problem I haven’t had with any other delivery) and claimed to have called me (he didn’t). The manager had him return to the store since they “have a lot of orders.”

I rarely leave low reviews but I wanted to be sure that any other parents don’t make the mistake of ordering from here if they don’t have a backup in the freezer. I’m guessing being a college town, they have a different business model and priorities than the Ravenna branch. The manager attempted to be diplomatic, but it’s clear they don’t have the staffing and protocols in place to handle...

YOU MAY AS WELL EAT OFF THE FLOOR IF YOU EAT FOOD FROM THIS STORE!

What a terrible experience! Called to order and pickup. I was put on hold for 18 min. Arrived at the store still on hold when I walked in. Stood there while watching incompetent employees still on hold. When I was finally spoken to the guy didn't realize he had a call on hold. WORST PART after working the cash register he started making food without washing his hands. NO GLOVES ON ANYONE. delivery people handling food NEVER WASHED HANDS. I asked and was told they use hand sanitizer instead of washing their hands!! I NEVER SAW ANYONE USE HAND SANITIZER EITHER. I did watch a girl push her sweaty hair out of her eyes bare handed many times while making food! A man with shoulder length dreads handling food without a hair net plastic gloves or washing his hands but he had just walked in...

Waited an hour and a half for our pizza. Called to see what happened...guy that answered said they were closed (it was 2 hours before they closed). When I explained, guy said "oh yeah its on its way." I asked to speak to the manager, he said he was the mgr.", asked his name, he replied "uhhhhhh Oscar?" Won't order ever again. And will be sure to tell others not to as well. Have had way too many problems with this location. Unfortunate.

Ridiculous, someone is copy pasting identical replies to all negative reviews saying "oh it's been awhile" with an AD for one of their pizza deals right now - while simultaneously giving thanks to people that rated them 4-5 stars YEARS ago. HA! Classy. Still 1 star for that place. Honestly that location should just give up and shut down. There's your requested UPDATED review...
