My favorite store of all time. Most stuff is pretty cheap in price. Few things that are high priced. They have games for loads of systems even older games. Posters. Collectibles. Movies/Tv show series (dvd, blu-ray, VHS). Controllers for few different consoles. Cords for consoles. Records. Comics. Music cd’s. They have new and used items. Some consoles for sale. They sometimes have pins and keychains. If something doesn’t work they’ll replace it with ones that do if they have others of the item. If not they refund your money or give you store credit. Staffs always helpful, informative, kind, and even funny....

Called 15 minutes before close to ask if they had a couple games in stock that I’m looking for. They put me on hold which is fine, and took care of the customer at the register, which I heard because they just set the phone on the counter. After they finished with the customer they proceeded to leave me on the counter for the next 12 minutes so they could chit chat and play music. Clearly they just want to go home and not help me out. Poor customer service when I’m trying to spend money at your business and it’s a 2 minute question 15 minutes...

I just wanted some basic info to help a friend out. I had a most enjoyable informative short conversation with the staff over the phone.She pointed me in the right direction to help my friend out! I tried calling the Akron locations but the guys kept telling me the company policies prohibited or prohibit any info. Well now I know since they could not or would not help, that my money will never help these 2 locations ever again.I will drive where the customer service can give better understanding and satisfaction.
