Eldorado's Pizza Pie — Restaurant in Kent

The food special on Tuesday is wings. The special, which is not ckearly marked is dine-in only. Got an order to go, $9.95 for 6 wings. The tiniest wings I've seen in Kent. A 12 oz draft beer is $4.50. Both in my opinion are overpriced compared to the competition. The service was ok. The bartender was nice, but was not clear on the food special when asked and also did not ring the order in right which caused confusion. The atmosphere did not scream come here to have a good time, but, again it was on a Tuesday. If the wing price to go was more reasonable, say $1/wing and the draft prices were $1 less, I would give a higher rating. If the bartender was more knowledgeable about the specials I would give a higher rating. The amount of sauce on the wings was terrible, even though the sauce was good. I will most likely give this place one more chance on a Wednesday where the food special is $6.25 10" pizza, but who knows when that will be, bc again, the competition has a better deal for more on that same day. Lastly, the back patio was dirty. It seemed like there was a place for a TV, but one was not up. The patio just seemed neglected. All in all, Eldorado's has room for improvement. With Kent being a college town, a little bit of change maybe what this place needs...

I no longer live in Kent, so it’s been quite some time since we have been in there (over 5 months). Last time we were there was in the afternoon while we were moving. Was in Kent for business and decided to go here for a quick bite and drink, upon going in we were approached by Stacey who proceeded to tell us that she refused to serve us because my boyfriend threw up in the restroom the last time we were there and it took her an hour and half to clean it up. She had another server serve us. My boyfriend never threw up there and requested some sort of documentation that it was him. She refused to show us and was very rude. We will not be going back...

My experience here has always varied. Some of their food is excellent such as their strombolis (every single one my family has tried has been excellent). I would shy away from some of the other foods though. Their nachos were horrible, stale inedible chips and cheap cheese. Their burgers taste pretty good but has made me ill. The mac’n cheese nuggets were good though.

Most of the staff is very nice, polite, and personable. Only once have I ever had an experience were a lady was rude and impatient.

Overall a nice place to go. The few bad experiences I’ve had are far outweighed by the good. It seems to depend on the day and most likely...
