It's me and my best friend's first time going there. Naturally we wanted some chicken. Let me start by saying the menu is confusing. I had to ask the person in the window what each item was. So I ended up getting gizzards and my friend got a four-piece chicken and some waffle fries. which ordering that combo in itself was a hassle. And quite frankly for this neighborhood it is rather expensive. Then we were told to drive around to the other side where we set 17 mins waiting on our order. Witch came only after I had to honk at them and let them know that I thought they had forgotten about us. The gizzards were overcooked, the chicken was slightly undercooked with what we can only call a cornflake crust. I personally liked the crunch of it my friend did not. She says the waffle fries were great whereas I found them to be bland I thought the whole meal was under seasoned. This is not a place that we will...

Easily the most satisfying fried chicken this side of Seattle, other places like Popeyes, KFC, and Church's lack flavor and sometimes even the crispness (especially you KFC). The workers are very nice, personable, and kind. Nancy, the manager, made me feel welcome and was very informative. I am a big fan of spice and the Yangyum chicken hits the spot every time. Layering flavor, crispiness, and moistness in every bite without taking away from the chicken itself. Their pickles which is a homemade mixture by Nancy herself, embodies the flavors of a pickle brine while also being refreshing to compliment the chicken itself. Everything here has a great crunch to it, even the wraps which are packed full of flavor. I've tried almost everything on their menu and I can comfortably and honestly say there is nothing on this menu I haven't liked or would gladly eat...

My wife & I stopped here while passing by & seen they had a soft opening, we spent about $70 trying different things on their limited menu for the day, our favorite was the fried mac n cheese, chicken gizzards, snow fries & soy chicken! Their chicken is so crispy/crunchy & packed with flavors, we later came back around 7pm for more chicken gizzards/fried mac n cheese & also tried their sweet potato fries & cheeseball (sweet potato fries were good but didn’t care too much for the cheese ball) we’re going back today for our favorites & will also try another fried chicken item on their menu lol also excited for this Fridays grand opening when they release their full menu( we’re excited to try their bulgogi burrito) stay tuned Kent residents, this place about to be super packed...

Hidden gem! Our first visit was great! Awesome space, great food and super nice family owned spot. My Korean inspired pork burrito was 🔥. My only criticism would be the lettuce in the burrito as opposed to a slaw or even kimchi as they would keep their texture. Other than that it was 4.7/5. My picky 9 year old got the chicken strips and fries. He said “this is way better than McDonald’s” (as a disclaimer, I don’t feed my kid mcds so who the heck has 🤨). I will agree though, his food was fire too. I want to try the bowls, the other two burritos, and a bunch of other stuff. I’ll be back for sure. Sincerely, The Seattle Guy 😉

Wow! This might be the best Korean chicken spot in all of western Washington. I came down from Lynnwood to visit a friend in the neighborhood and decided to give it a try. Totally worth it. The chicken was perfectly crispy and full of flavor without being too salty. The seasoning was just right - great crunch, great texture, and just flavorful. The place is super clean, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend. We had snow rub, yangyum, spicy yangyum, soy garlic and original chicken, and rose tteokbokki and onion rings. Would recommend all, but the spicy yangnyum really stood out.

My sister in law told me about this place and I happen to be right down the street from it. Stopped by to pick up a couple things for lunch, the original fried chicken and beef bulgogi bowl. Wow, the chicken was season perfectly and was crunchy and juicy at the same time. The beef bulgogi bowl was huge for that price, and were just as delicious. They didn't skim out on the meats; it was a perfect ratio to the rice, mashed potato and vegetables. I will def be back to sample other stuff on their menu. This place just opened last Friday, I am so glad it's right by my house.
