Support another local business instead! I went to this place this week and have never been so disrespected and devalued as a customer. As soon as I walked in, no greeting and the front of the house person was yelling at a customer on the phone as well as not wearing a mask. She was really dismissive and rude to me because it was my first time in the shop and didn’t know what to expect at all. I was looking around and grabbed a few items to bring to the counter waiting for about 5 minutes but it seemed like forever with how I was treated so badly and I was so uncomfortable and left without buying anything. The cupcakes don’t look like anything special, you’d be better off buying something from Safeway or Fred Meyer. If this is how they treat people supporting their business, they don’t deserve your hard working money! Would give 0 stars if I could and I won’t be...

I'm pretty disappointed because I always try to support black owned businesses, and they did such a great job last year. I will say that my initial experience was the same as far as needing to contact the business multiple times to get a response. There seems to be no point in submitting a quote because you don't get a response. I have emailed them at least 3 times and called and left voicemails just as many times. I began calling the first week of July. They responded referencing my order from last year 🙃. When I corrected them, nothing. My baby's birthday party is in 9 days. I'm not sure if it's a staffing issue, professionalism issue, or a lack of time management but it's sad because I enjoyed the product from last year and truly wanted to continue to support black enterprise. It was the worst experience ever! I submitted a quote on April 26th and didn't get a response until May 4th during that time I was calling the bakery to see why no one is responding to me, apparently the person answering the calls doesn't know anything at all!! And she told me that they are human and they get behind and I Should have plan B !!! They said it will take 72hrs max to respond!!!! Nobody mentioned any plan B in the website. And after waiting for 8 days, 192hrs for them to respond they send an email giving me the cake price, I responded and asked for the price of a smaller cake and asked them how can I go forward and place my order, that was 2 days ago no body got back to me!!!
