S Level Tea — Restaurant in Kent

The bubble tea was good everything was great but the woman who took our order was terrible, the woman never printed our order so the guy who was making our bbt never knew we ordered any drinks because the woman did not print the “receipts orders” after sitting and waiting for quite some time we were wondering if our drinks were coming out. This place is a good place but they need to remind that staff to not let that happen next time. Not to mention she was also rude from the start taking our orders I would not recommend this place for Canadians unless you want a rude service and someone who would forget your orders. Update: My husband and I tried the place one more time as we had limited time. The bubble came out as it used to and taste great! We also tried the popcorn chicken and very tasty and recommend! I appreciate the manager reaching out and fixing the issue on our prior experience. So happy we gave it another try!

Used to be my go to boba place! Great flavors, nice staff and yummy food. So why 3 stars? Because the cost went up and the cups got smaller. They replaced their regular cups with ones that look larger but they're way skinnier. The volume in there is much smaller. I actually had a old cup at home and compared the volume. It's much smaller of stuff. So sadly with the drop in volume and increase in price they have lost my business as I can go to other boba places and get a regular sized cup with more stuff.
