The soup was delicious but it took half an hour for the waiter to serve us. They were the only close pho soup restaurant that was opened after 11pm. Some couples came after us were served first and we had to call the waiter and asked. But he said he forgot about us..smh.. I didn't make a scene as we were so tired and needed to enjoy some pho soup and went home. After our hot meal, I left a tip with a big smile and a big thank you to our waiter to cheer him up regardless what happened in the first time. Just an advice, please serve everyone the same regardless their races, skin colors or genders. I give you 3stars for now and I am planning to come eat at your restaurant again soon. 😊 Thank you! Edit:- I did went back this week after 10pm (I forgot to mention above, after 10pm everything is paid in cash only just so you know to go prepare if you are planning to have a hot pho soup) The service has changed. The waiter is so nice and very punctual even the cashier who came and took our order. Everything I was hoping for did happen on this night. Good service gets good tips! I ended up ordering two different hot bowls of pho. 🤤 Now you finally get 5⭐ from me. 😊

For a late night spot this is a good pho spot. Best thing is that they are open late till 1 AM. Portions are good, broth is flavorful, and it’s pretty much what you would expect from a regular pho restaurant. I thought the broth was a tad salty and a bit heavy on the msg but I know some people do like that extra savoriness. I got the pho with pretty much everything (#3). The noodles were okay but some of the meat was quite chewy. Tendon and tripe were tender. The vegetables (beansprouts, basil, lime, jalapeƱo) tasted fresh. Again, overall a pretty average bowl of pho. Atmosphere could use some work. It is a bit dimly lit and the restaurant does look a bit run down. Service was also just okay but again, I don’t expect anything crazy for a late night pho joint. If you want boba or Thai tea though, just go next door and go to S Level Tea. Way better than any of the beverage options or Thai tea at this place. They didn’t have a problem with us bringing in our drinks.

Cash ONLY past 8PM. I didn’t mind the short walk outside because there is a Bank of America ATM. Inside the restaurant has an ATM but, charges a small fee. Went with friends and had and pho and egg rolls. I went with the #1 (combination/ dac biet pho) Regular sized. I personally always get Pho Dac Biet at every Pho restaurant. I enjoyed their Pho and drank all the broth. I didn’t need to add too much to my broth beside the bean sprouts and lime. The gentleman that served was really nice. We had a small miscommunication about the size of one of our pho, which he help immediately fix without any problems and it was quick. Lastly the egg rolls were crunchy and hot šŸ˜‹ I’d definitely come again since I didn’t know they open until 1AM. Just don’t forget to bring cash and everything is great! The gentleman that served us tried to photobomb the shot but, didn’t make it but, he was super friendly!

Summary: Flavor - 4/10 Quality - 2/10 Pricing - 6/10 Service - 2/10 Value - 2/10 Overall execution - 2/10

Probably the worst pho spot in the area. Only benefit is the late hours but for the food being so bad and a little pricier than better local spots? I’d make you better pho and my homemade one is not good šŸ˜‚.

Atmosphere is horrid, service was horrid. Food was worse. If you go past 8, they’ll only take cash as well (with their own ATM). Not a big deal albeit a pretty blatant tactic. Do what you gotta do, though.

Egg rolls felt like hard paper in some areas and were really off putting. Their Bun has no flavor in the fish sauce, pork, or egg roll. Terrible vegetable quality (mine was warm, in a cold salad, and lacked all amounts of freshness). Meat was extremely bland and poorly executed in general.

If you’re desperate for pho and it’s late enough to be the only place open, go for it.

But as a reminder, it has an ā€œOKAYā€ food safety rating. From my ample experience in food management and businesses, it is difficult to not obtain ā€œEXCELLENTā€. ā€œGOODā€ can happen fairly but to be under that is actually concerning. Especially when you eat the food and the textures and flavors are off putting. The combination of a horrible food safety practice + weird feeling and tasting food? Wouldn’t recommend unless...

I've had much better broth in my life, but the amount of noodles and meat you get might outweigh that. There is a huge rack of supplies in the mens bathroom that is RIGHT in the way of the toilet. The night that I went they closed early, 1am, because they ran out of broth. Also , google says they are open until 4am but the shop owner confirmed its 3:30am. They only accept cash after 10pm which is almost comical in this day and age. Download the Square app on your tablet and accept card payments through your business account... There was a drunk lady in there using profanity very loudly, with kids in the place, and staff didn't do anything. I went over and asked her to keep her voice down and she complied. When I went to pay the staff thanked me for my intervention, but I was just confused as to why I needed to do that, staff should've been all over that lady but they all seemed too shy. Overall, I've had better pho for the price, and its exactly what you would expect to get in the Kent area, the only real cool thing here is that its open very late, IF you remember to bring cash. There is an ATM, but it...
