Medina Cafe & Grill — Restaurant in Kent

So I was really hoping for some great Somali/Ethiopian food. I asked about a couple of dishes they didn’t really seem to have much advice to offer and ended up with a plate of rice chicken and vegetables. Nothing great was very dry should’ve had a nice authentic sauce with it or something. I wasn’t immediately offered water or anything I asked for it. They give you a complementary tea which I thought was really good. The vibe inside the place certainly felt like nobody knew what they were doing, they were surprised to see me walk in there pretty much. Honestly it’s felt like a front. We are so excited and happy to have such an amazing restaurant on DoorDash delivery. Mohamed and his entire team at Medina cafe have been outstanding with their food quality and services.
