Grocery Outlet — Local services in Kent

This place is so disgusting everybody is rude and disrespectful the manager said that I will have to wait to get the keys to use the bathroom after I told him I was buying something come to find out he was the manager and had the keys but having people hang out in the front door don't work everybody in there was disgusting black girl with glasses and weave digging her nose I would never recommend this place to go to no one at all they need to fire everyone in there and start over it's only one elderly lady that said if she had the keys that she would have did something but I still had to buy wish I came in there to spend $300 just so I could get the stuff that I need so I can get healed but they lost out and the guy that don't work there that was placing the bread in the back was turning all the bread and extra wrapping them up cuz there was open and I asked him was he to manager cuz you know the only the managers be trying to do the little flick things I have multiple stores that I went to since I've been out of here and spent well over $600 or $500 even restaurants that can vouch for me but as soon as they seen a black male come inside and seem like they thought like if I was an attic or something and far from any of that type of stuff that's what happened when you judge the book by a cover and the overweighted kid is the one that pointed out the manager the same manager that told me that he got to...

Now this store a few years back was a really good store .! But the owners sold it to a couple who had this same store in California . so they went to California and the people from California moved up here .! ( jhon and his wife ) nice people .! But very soon after they raised there store prices just under any other stores regular prices and some items were priced higher than the regular store .! But this was not to be the end ........... After about 2 years maybe 3 jhon and his wife sold the store as profits were not as good as they were used to gouging out in California .! And some really great employees that were very nice got the boot over time as jhon and his wife could not compete at there previous income so again the store was sold as a franchise store that says great savings ... Not really ..!! Anymore .! I compared there prices to other stores .( QFC, Safeway, Albertsons, Fred Meyer , target , and others .! They do just the same as the other stores do Mark down some items but Mark up others to make it back .! So in conclusion I did not find any reason for this store to stand out better than any other store ..!! Just over priced . but I did find a store that does save you a mess of money and that was Winco hands down ...!!! The others stores are just greedy .! Its just that simple . and Winco does not take...

Visited on evening of 11/22/24. Upon check out, a rude socially inept cashier took it upon himself volunteer that he was so tired. (I didn’t ask) …And then proceeded to tell me “and YOU look really tired!” because I guess I wasn’t chatty or peppy or good-looking enough in that moment. He obviously thought I looked haggard and needed to share. Nice. I could have responded that his haircut was lame and he looked really 60 pounds overweight, but instead I just said “wow… thanks” and stopped engaging. He kept laughing about it like we were friends or something. Couldn’t take a hint. Tell your cashiers to not comment on women’s appearances. That’s insanely rude and unprofessional. Being told I’m ugly by a cashier on a horrible day, in front of a bunch of other customers/strangers was humiliating.

Two stars for having a great selection, clean store, a security guard (the neighborhood/location is extremely undesirable) and all the other employees that weren’t dicks. I won’t be...
