First of all that’s not how you should respond to a consumer. You could have rejected us that we don’t deliver or hold merchandise for any individual we woukd have understood it but you didn’t do us no favor by providing this service. Selling expired merchandise is a violation of Washington State Health Department’s code of conduct and contempt to food safety. Checking expiry is not the duty of a consumer it’s more likely supposed to be checked the store operators. The merchandise you sent us was expired 3 months before the purchase. Everyone in this world is in a hurry it doesn’t mean you will sell them crap, and if you were that frustrated by giving us service you should have mentioned prior as you can reject service to anyone you want, but if you provided us the merchandise hold it was no favor.
