Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Kent

We decided to go try the new thin crust pizza, I'm sorry I can't remember the name of it, but it comes in 4 different toppings & some kind of seasoning all over it, I believe it is Oregano, basil & etc. & We seen a guy on TV test all 4 of them & said the dbl pepperoni was out of this world & the combo w/ pepperoni & sausage & tomatoes, he said that they put whole slices of green peppers on it which in his opinion made the pizza soft apparently from the juice, but also he didn't even consider the tomatoes might be the culprit, so I asked if they could cut the peppers up & said no problem, well the toppings didn't make the pizza soggy at all in fact both pizzas were so crispy it cut the inside of my mouth & was I think a little overcooked the edges were definitely burnt otherwise it would have been good. So I took the 2 pizzas back in fortunely we ate in the car & didn't have to drive back and they were so nice about it & accomadating & let us order a different pizza which was suppose to be a combination large deep dish Super Supreme, so our 1st order for 2 large pizzas was around $27.00 & a $5.00 tip & so I figured the deep dish was around that price, I should have looked at the menu, because they brought out a lrg combination which wasn't deep dish, just a lrg pizza with grn peppers, sausage,onion, maybe a mushroom & that was it the toppings didn't even cover the pizza, so disappointed but didn't want to go back & mention it we were hungry & had been there 1 1/2 hrs by the time we were through with switching out our pizzas and we didn't really feel like filling up on crust. So $32.00 later we weren't impressed we could have gone to Red Lobster for that or went to PaPa Murphy's & got a Xtra lrg combo for $12.99 & took it home & had alot better pizza. Pizza Hut in Burien WAS the best pizza, a Deep Dish full of ingredients & a nice thick Buttery crust which was so good to eat later on, I always saved the crust. So our last couple of times was the last time but we kept hoping! We will Never eat at Pizza Hut again! What happened to the pizza afraid of to many toppings? I've never seen such a scarce pizza even the pizza at the old Drive inn theater was better, I gave it 3 stars for the people who work there they were nice & accommodating with a smile! Thank you for the Good Service! But disappointing Pizza & you use to be our Families Favorite place😟And we kept giving it...

We called and ordered a triple box and a lg box for the kids at 8:39pm.I called back at 10 pm to ask why we have not received our order?The manager was polite and apologized and said, I can take your order now.I asked what do you mean take my order?He explained that the numbers sometimes go to a pizza call center and they will take the order and nothing will get done or sent.

My question to Pizza Hut is,do you now operate customer pizza ordering service center overseas?What happened to just calling the pizza restaurant,place your order, and deliver?This has happened to my family twice, where I have ordered and never received.

I have always loved the taste of Pizza Hut,and usually prefer Pizza Hut over any other pizzerias but, my experience here at Kent Langley has been disappointing.My children waited 1 1/2 hr for a pizza order that was never to be delivered.while I am venting,what is with your topping ratios? When I order from here I can count 1 bell pepper,2 pep,2 olive per slice and the cheese melts away from the edges where tomatoe sauce is visible.I know food cost is high but, you don't have to be extra tight on the ratio.

The customer is not always right in certain occasions but, a customer has expectations to be met when ordering you product and receiving your Pizza Hut product in a timely manner.I have lost faith of your brand at this store , but maybe the pizza brand will be redeemed to it's great taste of product ,and better service provided at other locations.Kudos to the manager who kept his cool with upset parents and hungry children.I will be going else where until your pizza service call center get's there job done right.I will now refer my business to can am or another...

So I had ordered a pizza and then the Dasher who delivered it was a nightmare, knew I was paying with cash and showed up with no change so had to either not take the pizzas or give him a $14 tip on a $26 order. He's a scumbag loser. But he is not a Pizza Hut employee and is not affiliated with them. I know this for a fact because I called the store to report him and got the nicest, coolest lady who answered. She let me vent, curse, raise my voice, then said if I needed to do that, she completely understands and to go ahead. She agreed that the way Dasher D-Bag presented himself was completely unprofessional and offered to have a different driver drive out sodas and dessert. By the time I ended the call I wasn't angry anymore. She empathized and made herself available to me with an open mind and no judgement. She was/is an amazing woman. She deserves to be recognized for conducting herself in a manner that we could all learn a thing or two from. I won't soon forget her. Miss, I apologize for not remembering your name but you are a Queen. I sincerely hope that you are flooded with blessings on blessings. 2024 is your year. Never change. You are a positive example and I appreciate and respect you...
