Phở Vy Vietnamese Restaurant — Restaurant in Kent

I normally love this place, especially when I'm not feeling well I love to order the rare beef Pho. The hours state online that they don't close until 9:00 p.m. it was 8:40 p.m. when I walked in and she said we are closed the kitchen is closed we close in 10 minutes. I don't understand this because if you are going to have your business open until 9:00 p.m. then you should serve your guests until 9:00 p.m. unless you're going to close early due to not having much business in the evening I would understand that. I worked in the food business for 4 years and you do not send customers away like that before you close because your hours of operation are exactly what they're supposed to be you don't stop serving your guests until that time. I just sat here in my car doing this review and watched them turn 2 more customers away at 8:50 p.m. Due to this mistreatment I don't think I will be returning no matter how much it...

Below was a year ago... and this place has gotten so much worse. I don’t understand how this place has these high ratings. The guy who works here... 1) barely understand/speaks English, 2) makes so much mistakes on the order, and 3) SUPER UNFRIENDLY. We ordered “bubble tea” on the menu but with no tapioca inside so we complained and the guy said “oh, no tapioca”... Then why is it called “bubble”??? We also ordered spring rolls, one roll to go and the other to be eaten at the restaurant but apparently he didn’t understand that because he served both rolls. We also ordered a beer which he completely forgot about. Again, knowing how good the previous owner, Kevin, ran this restaurant, I am so disappointed this place has gotten so bad... :(

Ive visited many Pho restaurants. This pho was flavorless. It tasted like watered down beef broth with no spices. The peanut sauce was watered down. No Sriracha was included in the to-go bag. The restaurant was dirty and dishes were piled up at the register. The woman who approached me was very terse. She handed me a pen that didn't work and told me to wait for my order because she never saw it come through on her cell phone. I never received confirmation for my online order and went over after 30min. I will never come back to this establishment and hope they go out of business from selling expensive dish water to...
