Drive thru experience was the worst experiences I've had with Starbucks. Nicole cut me off everytime I tried to modify my drink. Before I could finish, she said, "okay see you at the window".... I didn't get the chance to tell her I wanted the foam to be shaken in instead of sitting on top. After saying "Hello?" A couple of times, Nicole finally got back on and told me, "we don't do that" and that my drink "won't be good " If I had it shaken in. I have ordered this drink for over a year now and have never heard any Starbucks employee tell me that. At this point I'm shocked at her "customer service " and the fact that she was arguing with me about how I wanted my drink. After it all, I never even had the opportunity to order my breakfast sandwich. I got to the window terrified of even wanting to take the drink in case Nicole might have done something "inappropriate".    Read moreI ordered drinks and pastries online. When I got there they were out of the milk I ordered, so I agreed to a different kind. They made my drink and forgot the syrup and whip. I didnât try it right away because I didnât want to burn my tongue which usually happens with Starbucks drinks.

When I asked the staff about the delay, they responded rudely and told me, âWeâll just refund youâyour order isnât on the list.â However, I noticed that my drink was actually ready and they were about to give it to someone in the drive-thru by mistake. I had to point this out myself. This kind of disorganization and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, especially from a brand like Starbucks.
