I always go to this subway. The girls being the country yet are fantastic. Now for the issue. Their credit card machine went out. The girl tried to reset the machine several times. She called the manager.. a Hispanic woman ( hate to reference a person by her heritage bUT she didn't give me her name) she was on a personal call and didn't get off the phone.. didn't even acknowledge me. She was rude and snotty to her employees. Finally with an attitude she ended her personal call.. to tell the employees they need to restart the machiene. Then went to the back. The girls said they had did that and we're telling me sorry up and down. Again the girls there are excelent. Manager back on a personal call. Finally again she hung up her call them walked to me puts a paper in front of me and tells me to write my card number down. I told her with her attitude I'm not ok with this. So then she rudely throws the pen and tell me well I have to call corprate. It will be 20 min. I have a time limit. So I look at the nice girl and ask her what is gonna happen. To the sandwiches. She Said we have to throw it away. Throw it away.??? There's a homeless person on the corner and your gonna throw perfectly good food away?? The managers customer service is awful.. I'm a professional manager of a large retail establishment and I a) would never treat my customers in the matter that manager did b) toss good food out. Subway needs to put that woman in check. The employs said she's just like that and sorry sjes so rude. So as the 2 meals I ordered were tossed in the trash .. I walked out.. I will never visit that subway ever again. For a manager to be rude and then waste food when there's hungry people that could have used it...

   Read moreI usually get a sandwich here on Sundays. I am not sure I wish to continue. For a few Sundays sporadically over the last month or more the store has just been closed during open hours. They seemed to hire new people one weekend. The problem was that the guy they hired has long floppy hair and a beard with no hair net. I waited while watching him lean over grabbing ingredients hoping his hair didn't end up in my food. Last Sunday he was wearing a hat. Specifically a visor. It didn't help, the hair just flopped over the front and sides waiting to end up in your food. Not sure if its against health code, but it seems like it should be.
