Wonderful dive / sports / local bar with retro vibes but modern upgrades.

The star of the show is the draft beer. I haven't had this fresh + clean of beer in ages. Had half the menu by time I left, but recall it all being quality choice beers of many different varieties. Almost smooth nitro quality!

The burger and chili combo was just incredible. I can't tell you how happy I am to find a quality comfort food venue to satisfy my cravings without the bloated greasy gut that other places in this area do to you.

I love habanero so I added the habanero sauce from one burger to my sandwich (mother clucker? Can't recall). Had a fried egg and ham on it mmmmMMmM. Yum 10/10 burg. Meat is mediocre but seasoned like a top notch burg.

Prices are great, staff is very friendly and local. Seems like you become part of their crew.

Men's restroom had ice urinal. That tickled me, haven't seen that in decades. Very clean, and love the efficiency of it. One patron got the bartender to verify they do in fact use a separate ice bucket to fill it...

Simply put, the PK is still the PK.

Let me espain (sp)…

It was a weekly stop for those of us who ventured out for lunch when we worked for PSD at the Robbins Site.

The layout is still the same,  Floors have been revamped,  GOOD…   The game area is still there with the Pool Table and some other “Coin” video games in the back area.

The menu remains PUB Fair as one would expect.   They have a nice selection of Drafts and bottled beverages.   We were pleased to know that the Wednesday special is still Sliced Beef Dip;  we all ordered it.   Value to $$$ was well above 1.00 as The Beef was piled high on the Hoagie,  The Horseradish was awesome,  way hot and KILLED ANY F’n Covid that may or may-not have been present in my nose and eyes.

We were there for a good 2 ½ hours,  seats were damn comfortable.   The overall area was clean and pleasant

Service was very good,  prompt and attentive.

It was a great memory throw back.   Glad we picked this for...

The music is good. I just wanted a pizza with sausage pepperoni and red onions. it came out as a sausage and pepperoni pizza so they sauteed red onions which made them soggy gooey wet onions instead of crisp bold tasting onions. I had a slice and a half and left the rest on the bar. It was actually completely just horrible. Service was great from the bartender that took over from the bartender that messed up my order. She comped half the price of the pizza which was nice. But I left there hungry and disappointed that the first bartender couldn't get a simple three ingredient...
