Wendy's — Restaurant in Kent

This is the best Wendy's ever. The food is right, bathroom is clean and doesn't require you to do a pee pee dance till you get a secret code from anyone, and it plays real Country music. Everyone who works here is so nice. I had a serpentine belt issue where basically a plastic handle inside my car holding a pulley in place decided to fall out and get lost somewhere in the road on the way there where I lost all power and ability to drive the car. I explained to the people at Wendy's what happened and asked if it was cool if I went to get stuff to fix it the next day. Instead of being like a lot of bad people who run businesses in Kent they were super friendly and understanding, was treated like a human being. I worked at a Wendy's before and it was nothing near as good as this one is. Never been to one as good either. These people allowed me the peace of mind to do a stress free bus trip around to to Autozone for a belt and Home Depot for other tools and attempt to Jumpstart the car several times until it worked and I left without threatening to ruin my life by taking the car with all my belongings in it to punish me for being a victim of it breaking down like many other places have done. I probably seemed weird checking how many times I did to make sure I was allowed there but it's because stuff like this happened before where business owners false police report on me trying to behave the total opposite way. I stood in the lobby at the counter for 10 minutes before 3 different employees finally came to the realization nobody had helped me. One employee asks me if we had been helped, to which we responded “NO” The manager proceeded to take the order. She was clearly frazzled. She finally gets logged into the register, when she looks at me for an order, I tell her we would like a son of baconator meal, large, with an extra order of medium fries. She couldn’t find the combo and struggled to put it in. Eventually we get to a total due. I pay cash. The manager then takes several minutes to count out change in pennies, recounting and counting again multiple times. After receiving a butt load of pennies, I wait. We wait another 10 minutes before finally getting our order. All but the drink. So we ask for a drink cup. They look at me confused and tel me we got our order. We explain it includes a drink. We go back and forth a few more times before finally a different employee looks at the order and hands me a drink cup. The food was horrible too. The fries were cold and stale, the burger put together by a child, falling apart. I’ve never been so disappointed with Wendy’s in my life. I get this is a fast food restaurant and the food quality is sub or, but this entire experience warranted a bad review and literally left a bad taste in my mouth. If I could give it more thumbs...

The young lady at the register was fabulous, The cook woman ...not so much. I had two orders that were very similar and the cook put one out then for the next half hour the poor girl at the register tried to get my second order but the cook lady kept telling her I already got it. No matter how many times we tried to explain to the cook that the orders were separate and they were different she refused to make it. The one behind the counter even printed duplicate copies of my receipts so the cook could see both orders but the cook still would not make the second order. Finally after the cook got off work and another one took over we got the order! Whole wait was only little over half hour. I was not in a huge hurry so wasn't mad or anything, I just felt really bad for the girl at the register. She tried so hard to explain it to the cook and...
