Arby's — Restaurant in Kentucky

Very negative customer service experience at this location today. I work in the vicinity, so I've been a regular here with no reason for complaint before today. When I placed my drive-thru order for roast beef sandwich and potato cakes, the woman (I think it was the manager) started barking at me about how they haven't had those in years. She was being really nasty about something that's no big deal, so I politely let her know "there's no reason for being so disagreeable about it." She started barking at me again about how they haven't had those in years, so I politely let her know "I think it's best that I go somewhere else for lunch today." I could hear her start barking again as I drove away. All she had to do was POLITELY let me know that they no longer carry potato cakes. Would I like crinkle fries or curly fries instead? Problem solved and no barking involved. So I went over to Wendy's and received very polite customer service from both the cashier and food person. And my lunch was excellent. This morning I went thru the drive-thru at McDonald's in Hebron. I also received very polite customer service from both the cashier and food person. I'll be avoiding this Arby's location for quite some time. I do not want a side of "barking" with my roast beef sandwich. Spoils...

This is handily the best Arby's in all of northern Kentucky, perhaps all of Greater Cincinnati. It's always very clean, the food is always fresh, and the staff are great. Every time we go here I'm tempted to ask to speak to the manager on duty to compliment them, but I always keep myself from "asking for the manager." haha I always go for the roast beef and curly fries, but the white cheddar mac and cheese has been a HUGE hit with the entire family. This is a very busy location so keep that in mind. That the staff doesn't have infinite time to hang out with you shouldn't be taken as a negative. Dine in once and watch the endless stream of cars coming through the drive thru at standard mealtimes. Our local Arby's is excellent. I wonder if it's a training store? To the staff, please keep up the great work. I love roast beef, as I think most of us do, but I don't always have the time to make it at home. Having an excellent place right up the road to go get some is really special, seriously. This is Arby's done...

Honestly the worst Arby’s location I’ve ever been too. There was a mix up on our two meals where we were given two Beef and Cheddar’s instead of just a classic roast beef and double, my dad then took the sandwiches we got up to let them know and a very skinny short haired girl maybe in her 20’s then takes them and angrily through them in the trash. She then just walked away, my dad was trying to get her attention to let her know that one was a double but she refused to speak to him, she then literally throws two classic roast beef’s on the counter in front of him and walks off. What did we do?? Why are you mad at us? Totally unacceptable and unprofessional, I imagine it won’t take her far in life. I understand people have bad days but it’s not other peoples problem, get over yourself. I wish I could’ve gotten her name but I imagine she wouldn’t have replied to me. Trash acts like...
