Hardee’s — Restaurant in Kentucky

This place has the rudest employees! I had a mobile order and had to argue with the lady after getting hung up on by another employee. Why is it so hard to get an order right! My husband was being very nice and got hung up on. So he called back and the lady started getting sassy saying she knows what she bagged their was 2 fries. Ok but 3 meals makes 3 fries. She's said we'll I know there was a wrap yes but it is a 2 wrap meal. Then her whole attitude changed. Like she's going argue when she was clearly wrong. She said give me your name then proceeded to hang up on us again! I know not to expect much from fast food! But come on. No use in talking to a manger cause that was supposedly her and she knows her job! Horrible food and service. Should have known when we saw the family in behind the counter that something was sketchy with this place pretty sure people arnt supposed to be back there. update. Went back to the store to get my food and they refused us cause they said they close at 830 even though the web and their signs say 9! They said go online and...

The Night manager is so nice and friendly. The food was excellent, I had to wait a minute but it was Fresh and hot definitely worth a minute of my time. The restaurant was clean and the bathroom was super nice for a fast food restaurant. I recommend this Establishment for your on the run eats . The people are super friendly. I feel sorry for the employees there is literally no air conditioning and it’s 92 degrees in the lobby, the food is still good but everyone is literally sweating like they are working in a sweat shop with literally no air moving in the lobby I’m literally sweating eating my food. I’ve never been in a Restaurant this hot before. It’s sad . Supposed to be getting air but the business doing the air said it was too hot for them to work yet the employees are working because they have no choice. It’s insane . You Business owners should be ashamed of yourself for make them work like that with no frequent breaks maybe OSHA should know about these work conditions the poor people are...

My wife and I decided to stop by for lunch the other day, as a former manager of a hardees before they were bought out, I was excited to see what changes might have been made. We were sadly disappointed, I got the monster burger as it's my go to, while it tasted decent, it looked like something got dropped on it as it was very squashed. I remember it being on a seeded bun as well. Whoever made the fries seriously shorted them, it didn't look like enough for a medium much less a large. The woman who took the order was very friendly at least. I understand pricing has gone up for everyone but for almost 30 dollars we were hoping for a little better, we could have gone to a sit down place for about the same.
