Food was good. Customer service needs refinement. The owner of the downtown store is full of positive energy that pours over to his staff. Pour some on this location. My daughter, a kid, is a picky eater so I had a special request. When I ordered my second pita, I was sarcastically asked if Id like this pita the same even though I had not stated so. My grill order was relayed in such a way that I regretted the choice in the PX food court of Hot Pita. Guy on the grill.. I get it. Masks make the face moist. Then when I was asked what toppings I wanted for my order I was corrected and told to look down at the toppings and not at the menu screen above me because he “didn’t want to keep shuffling around”. My husband and I watched the two workers at the prep line touch EVERYTHING without changing their gloves. They touched our food and the food of the customers in front of us ...they touched money, pens, receipts, and YES even grabbed the broom before putting the finishing touches on our food.
