Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Kentucky

My food is never right from here. They always forget something or give you the wrong food. They have forgotten something every time I have been here and when you go all the way back it’s a simple sorry instead of offering a replacement meal or something. One day I was on the way to work and in a hurry so I stopped in to get a steak chalupa and waited until I was off post to start eating and I opened my bag and it was three soft tacos. Like how do you mess up ONE thing? They made sure to give me 47 packets of the mild sauce though. Zero napkins 🤷🏻‍♀️ and no straw

Edit: I’m so done with this place. I was exhausted yesterday 7/14/25 and went by to grab dinner. Mt order was simple and not complicated and I went through drive thru. They had their headsets on without knowing and I had to wait 7 minutes at the speaker before they would acknowledge me. All I heard was them laughing and playing around. There was literally nobody in the restaurant other than workers. After they finally noticed I was waiting the girl taking my order was SUPER rude and kept cutting me off every time I would try to add something to my order. Once I got to the window it was a nice older woman taking my money. She was pleasant. But then they handed me my food. They put my pot pie in a very small bag and put it in sideways instead of flat and all of the juice or broth was leaking out and through the brown bag they gave me. I sat it on my lap to check my food before I left and it burned the crap out of my leg. This place needs an overhaul and new employees. The slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. Consistently slow. Every time I come there the line moves slower than a turtles pace. I ordered my food which was 10 wings and a three piece strip that I decided I didn’t want after I got to the window so all I needed was the wings. There was 4 cars ahead of me when I placed my order. It took me 5 minutes to get to the window. The wings weren’t done when I got there to pay and I had to pull up to the side door I sat in my car for almost 10 minutes before saying screw this and going inside where I seen the employees moving with no sense of urgency. I observed for almost 2 minutes before they even noticed me and was handed my order. This is ridiculous and I understand your “short staffed” but there’s 5 people in the kitchen. I don’t know how many people it takes to run a kitchen but lt doesn’t make matters better when your moving like zombies when there’s a backed up drive through and people aren’t getting their orders in a timely manner. Had my wings been hot like they’d just came out the grease I wouldn’t have felt the need to post this review but I know I’m not the only one tired of the customer service at this location and things won’t change if they go unknown and unfortunately there isn’t another Taco Bell within 10 minutes. I come here frequently due to the convenience of it being on post. This restaurant is pretty inconsistent. Food quality is hit or miss. I've had good food but I've had a lot of stale and old food. I've been served the famous bowl with only mashed potatoes and corn because they were out of everything else (without informing me when I ordered). Employees range from very polite to rude and acting like they waste your time, though I have a particular issue with one of the employees. Their children run around the lobby unsupervised as they work, taunting customers, pushing their way to the drink fountain, and crushing all the free food they can eat. All of this detracting from the service to the customer because the employee is preoccupied trying to keep the kids from throwing a fit. The hours bother me because it's also a tacobell but it closes the same time as everything else on post leaving your only options to go going offpost or not eating. Especially somewhere with people regularly working overnight I can't understand why they won't extend the drivethrough until 3a.m. like other locations. I eat here only due to convenience. The off post Taco Bells are consistently better quality with bigger portions and open later. But like everything in the Army they leave you with very few, disappointing options.
