Dude with the beard hairnet, is extremely lazy and stingy. I spent $30 here and asked for extra sauce when ordering. When I got my order I had one sauce of each sauce I asked for. I had said I wanted several of each. So I asked him for more. He said I had to pay for those. Which I thought I had been, when order, which is why I had asked for several, while ordering. I told him it's fine I'll pay for them. He sent me to the end of the line to wait again to pay for 6 sauces. The line was long. The additional sauces were $1.80. I spent $31.80 here on one chicken sandwich and a number 5 meal combo with an extra side of potatoes and beans/rice. And they couldn't give me extra sauce?

I've worked fast food. You actually have to be a real jerk to go out of your way to make a customer wait in line all over again on $1.80..... that should have been charged to my receipt to start with.

I'm all for respecting policy. But this man doesn't care about the customer, their time or how much they spent here. Shouldn't even be working with the carelessness he had. Having a bad day? We all do! but a stranger/customer doesn't deserve to get it!

Also change your frying oil. Tasted like it hasn't been changed in a week. You guys are nasty for that. And like I said the man there was just lazy.

Expect low low quality food and care here served with poor hygiene. I threw my over fried fries and chicken away and won't be back.

We ordered the 6 tender meal for 2 w/ fries and Mac & cheese and a spicy surf & turf combo. Had to wait for our food and when we got it we didn’t get the sauce we asked for. So we went through the drive thru to get it. The lady hands us TWO sauces for 6+ tenders!!! So we ask for more. And she then only gives us 2 more. Mind you both meals has fries as well so not enough sauce. Well I get home with our food and we’re missing some of our tenders. The spicy tender surf and turf wasn’t spicy. Also failed to give us the biscuits we waited for. Then come to find out we had no straws for our drinks. Oh yeah and after waiting for our food they came out to tell us there was no Mac & cheese. I ordered 62.00 family meal. I had to wait almost 45 minutes before receiving it. I placed the order online for pickup. I waited for 15 minutes standing at the counter before staff ask in a very rude manner if I had been help. Other young man was in the back cussing up a storm. I didn't receive half of my order. I didn't receive the biscuit, Red beans and rice nor my extra side of macaroni and cheese. I am a GM at a local fast food place. Also retired military. If this would have been my staff I would have fired both of them. I also called the location and they told me there wasn't nothing they could do for me.
