Eermina is very rude. I still can't figure out why this facility has her working on the front line. Speaking negatively about a customer with coworkers in front of others isn't very professional. Especially to where I can hear it. I'm very disappointed that Charity, the manager at this facility would allow such behavior. It's fine, now I can say that I tried Qdoba, but based off of my experience here.. I won't be back. Read moreThere was an assembly line of staff but the process was kind of slow. I watched the cook pour new rice on top of the old instead of rotating. That caused me to look further at the cleanliness of the containers. Some had caked and crusted food products that did not look at all visually pleasing. It caused me to not get some items I would normally add to my bowl. I did comment to the staff regarding the food for their own benefit and knowledge. I also noticed the portions looked smaller. When I got to the register that's when I really questioned my purchase. 2 burrito bowls both with queso one had guacamole. $29.10. and when I got home I had one small bag of chips. No wonder they don't give you a receipt. I want to say they easily had 6 staff members maybe more working....
Read moreI didn't have a problem with the food itself really. It was good. What i do have a problem with was the lack of professionalism from the servers. Firstly whenever they put the food in the bowls they slam stuff around and a lot of the ingredients get mixed up together so even though i asked for cheese that cheese ended up having 3 different other things in it that i didn't want (like spicy sauce). Secondly 2 of the servers were out there arguing about something in front of the customers and i don't think that's how you're supposed to present yourself in front of customers especially in an open kitchen.
