Soldiers need to be made to wash there hands. Every other defac tells soldiers they need to wash there hands before scanning their cac card. Self serve area needs a proper holding area for the utensils soldiers sometimes put the utensils inside containers of food. Plenty of options and variety. Best DFAC on Campbell hands down, only downside is that they do not serve dinner...

Portion sizes as big as you ask for and self-serve pretty much anything you can think of from fruits to hot dogs.

Only went 3x (I can't count breakfast (2x) though, dfacs omelots are always fantastic). One lunch I went had amazing ribs and stuff. Probably will become a five as I got more. Pull up bars outside to get your 10 (or whatever can do)...
