I visited the McDonald’s in Shelbyville, KY, and had a fantastic experience. It also helps that this location isn't too far away from my grandmother's house. The restaurant is conveniently located with plenty of parking, making it easy to stop by. The drive-thru was fast and efficient, and my order was ready in no time. Even though it was a busy time, the staff kept things moving smoothly, which I really appreciated.

The inside of the restaurant was clean, and the seating area was comfortable. I’ve always been a fan of McDonald’s for its consistency, and this location definitely didn’t disappoint. I ordered a classic Big Mac meal with fries, and everything was fresh and hot. The fries were crispy, and the Big Mac was made just right – a perfect blend of flavors with all the classic ingredients.

What stands out most about this McDonald’s is the speed and reliability of service. I was in and out quickly, and the staff was friendly and polite. The prices are always reasonable, making McDonald’s a great option for a quick and affordable meal.

Well the cashier messed up my order but they took care of me, then when I went to the booth away from the counter and crowd, a young person was laying down asleep, stretched out like he was at home, so I had to find another booth. I should had brought my 🛏 🛌pillow too I get sleepy after I eat. Not so fast my friends. Why are you ordering from the app? Your food 🍟🍔will be cold, your order will be wrong and your 🥤drink will be watered down. I'm not racist by any means I have a biracial daughter...but if Hispanic employee's cannot read,write,speak,or understand ENGLISH then they shouldn't be working here...they mess up orders,cannot take orders,or even understand you..that's a good way to loose customers..I stop here a few days a week before work to get breakfast and 90% of the time my order is incorrect.Its very frustrating to customers as it should be to managers also due to incorrect inventory and loss of money due to incorrect orders....Fries and mcchickens are always cold and soggy.I've contacted the manager several times to express my concerns and frustration but all they want to do is give u a free meanwhile is sometimes INCORRECT..I'm not interested in free food I just want what I paid for and it...
